Products were exactly as advertised, delivery was very prompt and packaging was great. Will be ordering more in the future.

Prompt delivery of a quality product
Prompt delivery of a quality product. The finished drink sweeps the body with a pleasant feeling of relaxation. The only problem is that it tastes like mud water but that is fixed by downing the drink as fast as possible.

Great experience with Puariki!
Great experience with trying Root and Pestle’s Puariki Kava and strainer bag. This traditional grind kava was even more enjoyable to experience once prepared according to instructions than expected. Delivery was prompt and well packaged. Will order again and try their instant Puariki kava.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. I've had a look into this for you and from what I can see your order left our warehouse the following business day and has been with the postal service since then. I believe there have been some delays due to flooding, but I've check your tracking number and it says that you order is "On time". Feel free to pop us a line anytime if there's anything we can do for you.

Dear Brett, we apologies for the delay in getting your order to you as quickly as you might have hoped over the festive season. As I'm sure you may be aware, Christmas and New Years is a particularly busy time for the postal service, not to mentioned the delays caused by flooding. We have had a look into your tracking info and see that your order is still on time. Let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the future. All the best, The R&P Team.

I was a Klin kava customer so many years ago, it was the best kava me and my friends ever had.
I’m so glad I impulse googled “Klin kava” one night recently and found the Root & Pestle store.
Messaged many of my oldest friends to let them know the people behind Klin are back!
The new website is great, the new selection is great, my delivery turned up promptly and in some very nice packaging.
Looking forward to trying it tonight, thankyou for bringing this back into our lives.
