Ordered 29 August now 16th October still delivery sent emails no response. This is a scam company

Like other customers, I purchased tablets from Rootwella and have now found that they are taking money out of my account to be a VIP client. I never signed up for this . It has to be a BIG SCAM. Do not touch this company

ordered on a supposed 'prime day' sale. 5 bottles of a supplement. have not received that order and they are set to charge me again for some vip membership i never asked for on the 15th. the website strongly implies a u.s. presence. the opening tracking listed linden new jersey 'creating' label. all further tracking refer to a place in china and an international import. had to contact my bank to stop any further attempts by them to charge me. have sent at least 7 request to cancel which they respond w/o cancelling. avoid dealing with this company !!! absolute scam !!

I want to give them a zero. Still trying to return product and getting the run around. Says $ back guarantee, but want to only give me 15% and not full refund on unopened package. Plus charged for a membership that I did not sign up for. Scammers. Do not buy!!!!!!!!!!

The company, unknown to me, placed me on their VIP list and was charging me $49.99 to be on this list per month, for the last two months. I had no idea i was on tgis list until my bank informed me of it. The product i did get from them, took a month to receive.

I placed an order and it was missed delivered. it was not delivered to me.. When I let them know. I was sent a tracking number. Only problem is the tracking number was useless because it was not a post office tracking number.

After several attempts to resolve this, I finally asked for a refund since I never received the product. It has been at least two months and I have never heard back from them about a correct tracking number, sending another package with the product that I ordered or refunded my money which was $60.
There is no phone number to call.
There is no address to contact the company.
My recommendation would be to not use this company.

Rootwella keeps charging me $49.00 usd every 27th of August and now September. I am getting ripped off. Do not buy this product as I found out they are a Chinese based company.

Still have not received my product I ordered 16 days ago and not only that, they charged me an additional $49.99 which they have yet to credit to my account. Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased supplement and instantly was in a subscription. I canceled subscription on email but still getting billed each month. I have left numerous emails for cancellation and refund but no response.

Fraudulent company. Fulfilled the order that I had paid for very slowly but then withdrew an additional sum from my account without permission. I have written to them 4 times over the period of a month with no satisfactory explanation or offer to return my money. I saw another reviewer had the same problem. Crooks, do not purchase anything from them.

Total Scam! ZERO stars. Do not buy. They tried to charge my card again yesterday. Thankfully my credit union blocked it as Fraud.

I ordered (and paid) over 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Daily email saying its almost there (it's not). I'll wait another week and then file a fraud dispute with my CU per their instructions to get a refund.

Still waiting for a refund, whilst waiting more monies have been taken from my bank. I have notified my bank.

I was leary at first because product took awhile to arrive. But I'm now happy it finally arrived.

When I made the purchase on August 19th I was led to believe I would receive my order in 3-6 business days. It's August 31st and my order hasn't even shipped yet. I'll be lucky if I receive it by August of next year. I will never order from them again. You shouldn't either.

Despite their upscale website and other promotions, Rootwella seems to be just another fly-by-night online supplement supplier that makes their money selling products made and shipped from China. I've been waiting weeks for my order, and in the meantime, Rootwella made an unauthorized charge on my Paypal account. I contacted them and provided documentation of the charge, but they have done nothing and do not respond to my emails. Do not give these people your business!
