I ordered three shirts that were supposed to be linen with embroidered stitching. White, Blue and Green. The shirts I received were all different sizes in polyester with no embroidered stitching. They are awful -- this company is a scam. I want my money back.

False advertisement. Over promising delivery dates, and tracking updates are inaccurate, unreliable and false. Never received my order and had to contact my bank for help. Do not shop on this website.

customer service is poor, i have email them multiple times to cancel my order and refund me and all you guys doing is looking over my email and telling something else about my order. FOR THE LAST TIME I DON’T IT IT’S NOT SHIP AS YET SO PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER NOW AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 items in the same size based on the size charts....all were either too large or too small. The quality of the clothing is very poor, fabrics are cheap and not as expected, stitching is so poor I could do better with one hand behind my back and one eye closed. And to top it off, you cannot return the items even though they say you can. Customer service 'does not recommend returning the product' due to high cost of postage, and customs fees. And they say customs is a problem and they will likely return the package anyhow. Unbelievable. Do not buy anything from this site.

Roschic's reps are friendly, delivery's quick, and clothes are nice. However, the sizing accuracy needs a bit of improvement.

I ordered a pantsuit that looked beautiful in the advertisement. I paid expedited shipping as well. I received the item weeks after the order and it was nothing like shown. Cheap, way too short, terrible. Quality looks like it was made by my 5 year old. I reached out to return and I was offered $3 to keep the item when my order total was $55 with shipping. What a joke. I can either pay shipping to return to China with no guarantee they will receive it or take $3 compensation and keep the item. DO NOT BUY!!!

What a Scam! I paid $150 for 4 pairs of Christmas PJ's for my friends and me and they are NOTHING like they photographed. After looking closely, you can see they photos advertised have sequence and photos digitally added that don't even fit on the picture for the ad. They're awful and the company is only offering to refund $7! Total Bummer!

I am not sure how to directly reply to the seller’s response to my Review, so I am adding my response here.

I have contacted Roschic directly and am attempting to via PayPal. The quality of the pajamas does not match that pictured for the “Sequin” item listed. In fact, if you look closely you can see that the photo of the Santa pajamas had a mistake in its digital modification on the same listing where the Santa faces mismatch the sleeve area. This link is no longer accessible, but the mis-representation remains. I am expecting a full refund of $150.96. If you want the items returned, I will do so if you send a prepaid shipping label to the email associated with my Order #RS64704.

I would probably have not gone through such lengths to address this issue had I not put this order together with friends and feel the responsibility of their hard earned money getting taken advantage of. I also feel it’s important to help make other’s aware when company’s are being dishonest representing cute, quality items when they send screen printed, misrepresented low quality products while refusing to make things right properly - taking people’s money that they do not deserve rightfully while claiming they want to provide “quality” products with “excellent” customer service. This is not true of Roschic.

Of I could give a MINUS amount of stars I would! Never received item, horrible customer service, all you get is automated responses which means issue was never researched. Ban these type of companies!

I ordered my leather dress over a month ago, and still have not received it. And I even emailed a few times, and they keep saying it's on the way. I even used the tracking number and it says item not found every time. I will never order here again.

I have ordered back in December and they took the money asap I still have nothing and I sent an email to customer service asking about my order and never received even a reply back.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This has to be one of the worst sites I ever bought from. The quality of the outfit was atrocious. Nothing like what I ordered. They offered 3 US dollars refund for a 55 $ outfit. Such a ripoff 🤬

Absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. My order was ridiculously late, and they didn’t even bother starting to fulfill it until I emailed them. Here I am, almost two months later, and I’m STILL missing one of the dresses I paid for. Their pathetic attempt at compensation? A laughable $15. This company is a complete joke—terrible service, zero accountability, and an utter waste of time and money. Stay far, far away!

Agree with all here! Don’t order… I just received my order and it’s nothing like the quality advertised and unwearable - I have requested a refund so we will see how that goes.. sounding like it’s not going to go well!

Waiting to hear as I should have realized quickly when package hasn’t got sent out yet. Been two weeks and tried to track when it directed from china. I did s nd an email hoping for response and did give them my order number. I wished I would have read these reviews first and would’ve saved my money!
So just waiting to hear and wait for package to be tracked!

Buyer beware. This shop is based out of Shanghai, China. The dress I received looked nothing like it looked on the site, unfortunately. The neckline was way higher, and the dress fit was very awkward. I had checked their return policy, which is 30 days from delivery, but I never saw where the return shipping address would be to. So, return shipping on a $43.00 dress is around $139.00. I paid a total of $60.00 for the dress with their shipping cost. I'm just going to chalk this up to a terrible mistake I made ordering from this site.

Fits well, but is a bit too short for my preferences. Great msterial and warm. ,Looks exactly like the pictures
