My order (#RS77302) is delayed, and I just saw it was returned to the sender. So far, no one has explained anything or given me a solution.

I need to know what’s going to be done — will you resend the order or issue a refund?

A complete scam. Dresses are not as advertised AT ALL. Please save your time and money.
I want a full refund for the crap quality and incorrect size guides. Nothing fits, everything is plastic and everything STINKS.
They are trying to make me pay almost $60 in shipping even though the return address on the package is a New York address. Everything is a scam.

If I could give them a zero I would!!! I ordered 2 dresses from them, on 5/30. I’ve not received any shipping information. I’ve sent SEVERAL emails requesting updates!!! I need these dresses for an upcoming wedding and now it’s too late to order different ones 😤. Customer service is not their number one priority!! I definitely wish I world have read these reviews before ordering. So disappointing!!!!

Following from my review on 13 June, Roschic contacted me today offering to pay me $16 (half of the price of the dress) in order for me to remove my previous review from Trustpilot.
Buying reviews from reviewers they do. I cannot believe it! Shocking!

I ordered two dresses from Roschic both of them smelled like a sewage drainage; the SHENCH was HORRIBLE.

I emailed them to tell them that I wanted to send the dresses back; I never tried them on either. The return address on the package has a New York address but they want me to return it to China.

This company is a waste I’ll never ever deal with them again.

The stinky dresses have been mail back and I let USPS know that this company was only willing to give me $8 back for the dresses after I paid $95 for the two stinky dresses.

I should have read the reviews...my bad. The dress that arrived was NOTHING like the photo. Material was rubbish the fit was horrendous and the quality was shockingly bad. I tried to return it but I was offered $3 dollars and keep the dress. When I said no I was offered $5 and keep it....I checked the post office and the cheapest cost of return is €16.50 so I will just have to suck it up but please, please do not buy from here or their other websites,,,,there is a lot of them..J x

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for items to be "processed". This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money.

Usually, I don't write bad reviews, but in this case, I have to, because this website is a total scam.
I decided to order a blazer after seeing some reviews about Roschic on TikTok, and it seemed legit. I thought it could have been like Shein.
The blazer cost $40 (I spent $50 with the shipping cost) , so I thought it couldn't be that bad.
I was completely wrong!
It took a month to arrive, and it looks nothing like the pictures—different style, different material, and a terrible fit. The item is horrible and unwearable.
I asked for return, but they don't provide it. If you want to return the item, you have to pay for shipping it back to China, which was way too expensive for me. They refund me only $3. I wrote a review under the item on the website, but it has been never posted!

They charge high prices for terrible items, use fake pictures, don’t allow customer reviews, and refuse refunds. That makes this website a real scam.

Modello da oltre 170 euro arrivato con evidenti difetti di fabbrica ( parti scollate ). Per avere il rimborso devi rispedire a tue spese. Non pagano loro per il reso, anche se inadempienti. Non comprate da questa gente.

Typical Chinese website that shows cute clothing, but buyer beware- The clothes were very cheaply made, almost plasticy. They also had a strange odor to them. Did not fit well and were not as pictured. I spent $115 and they offered me $12 to keep the clothes. I can return but have to pay for shipping back which is almost as much as I spent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be giving the clothes to goodwill as they are not even wearable.

Total scam store!!!! Do not order from this place. They will charge you the same day and never send your order. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Buyer beware.

Absolutely terrible quality, tried to return, and discouraged based on costs to return offered $9 as compensation for poor quality clothing, non true to size. The final offer was $26. I spent over $200 so I’ve declined the last 2 offers. Fortunately I paid with my American Express, so they have the pictures and the thread of emails so I am hoping I will get my refund. BE AWARE. Escroquerie je vais trouver un moyen de porter plainte à cette structure. J’ai acheté un vêtement à plus de 80$ ce que j’ai reçu était du plastique du tissu de très mauvaise qualité. J’ai demandé les informations pour le retourner et ils m’ont donné une fausse adresse. J’ai dépensé 40$ pour retourner le colis et jusqu’à présent je n’ai pas de nouvelles. Ça fait déjà 7mois. J’ai été à la poste on m’a confirmé que mon colis avait bel et bien été envoyé à l’adresse qu’ils m’ont donné. J’exige un remboursement

Pessimo!!! Non comprate da questo sito!! La roba che ti mandami non é per niente a che vedere con la pubblicità. Ti rimborsato 3$ poi me me hanno oggi 5$ e ne ho speso 75€ la apedizione a tuo carico. Quindi ora vedo cosa mi costa. NON COMPRATE NON SONO SERII!!!!
