Doesn’t deserve even 1 star The fabric is extremely bad—there’s no other way to describe it. The product photos and video are inaccurate, the fabric is not soft at all, and the quality is very poor.

Les vêtements reçus ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos du site : qualité médiocre, coupes différentes, rien à voir avec ce qui est présenté.
J’ai en plus payé des frais élevés pour renvoyer les articles en Chine afin d’obtenir un remboursement. Résultat : le colis m’est revenu 3 mois plus tard, sans remboursement ni solution.
Perte de temps, perte d’argent. Fuyez ce site.

It needs 0 stars but sadly not an option. This is the junkiest piece of clothing I have ever seen. The fabric is like craft felt. So incredibly awful!!!! I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund because I refuse to ship back to China on my expense.

These clothes are the cheapest made and looking garments I have ever bought online. Absolutely awful. In order to return, they have to be sent to China at the customer’s expense which costs more than the actual clothes or they would give you an exchange. Buyer beware! Do not waste your money

If I could give 0 stars I would. The jumpsuit was completely see through and the worst quality, it is unwearable and defective - yet, the company offered 5% refund only and expect us to ship the product back to China at our own cost. They full well know their products are defective, based on these reviews. Extremely frustrating and upsetting.

The material on the suit on isntagram is completely different than the one I received!!! I recieved a pyjamas fabric!!! And of course for you to return it to China you have to pay for the shipping!!!! You are literally lying your customers with presenting different photos, you should offer free refund at least!!!! Do not order !

My mom purchased the Halloween sweaters that look 3D and distressed. When received they were just printed fabric.

Unfortunately i only found these reviews now. IT'S AWFUL!! Do not order!!

Scam website. They steal photos from other European websites, and the clothes you receive are not the ones you paid for.

OF COURSE, THEY PUT THE SENDER ADDRESS OF ANOTHER POOR, UNAWARE RETAILER. SO WHY DO YOU HAVE THE DRESS FROM NYM ON YOUR SITE AT 39,000 WITH MY PHOTOS STOLEN FROM MY SITE? Ordered three dresses for my daughter. It was actually almost funny the horrendous dresses which arrived. Absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. Requested a refund and was offered $3 and advised i would have to post them to China at my own expense. I am absolutely prepared to do that if I can get my money back. No point in keeping dresses as no one would wear them or buy them from me. Never use this site - scam

Es una estafa... en la página aparece mi venta concluida y nunca recibí mi pedido. Solo me envían correos diciendo que me comunique con la paquetería local, me dan un número de rastreo y después de varios correos y números falsos de imile logré comunicarme... Cuando les dije que los iba a reportar me respondieron de imile con muy mala gana y que iban a levantar un reporte. Supuestamente mi dirección no está completa y mi número de contacto no funcionaba, pero cuando llamé identificaron hasta mi número de pedido. Que debía esperar y sigo esperando!!! NO COMPREN EN ROSCHIC ES ESTAFA.
Desde el 29 de junio compré y pagué envío express. Es 21 de agosto y no recibí nada.

Beyond awful. Quality of clothing was terrible. I have sent it back to the returns address on the packaging and they will not refund me. Basically a big scam.

Extremely unhappy bthe product in nothing like the advertised product. Wrong color, two piece outfit, supposed to be shorts, was a skirt. Fabric horrible like an old scarf. I asked for money back or the correct item displayed. They said from China, pay shipping fee to return with now return address. They said they would give me $5 credit to repurchase. This is what they do. They know you won’t return because it would cost more that the trouble it’s worth. Don’t fall for the ad.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After placing an order, I received an extremely unprofessional response from their team — just “OK! We have changed it.” That’s not the level of communication I expect as a paying customer.

There was no clear confirmation of my order details, no courtesy, and no reassurance that the correct item (or size) would be sent. It made me question whether they value their customers at all.

Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and this interaction fell far below acceptable standards. I hope the company invests in better training so customers can feel respected and confident in their purchases.
