NEVER SHOP HERE!!! SCAM!!! They sent me a cheaply and badly made garment that looked nothing at all like the dress they advertised in the pictures on their website…then they refused to take a return and they refused to refund me. Thieves!!!

Horrible crap they sent you looks nothing like the ad tried to return it for full refund brand new unused won’t even respond to my emails. Horrible horrible experience will never order again.

Dress did not fit - this is the response I was sent.

SCAM. Ordered a dress from "Novodiva" site.
Once it arrived, it looked nothing like the dress.

They said they would take the dress back if I payed to send it back from Portugal to china. Of course they said they would give me the money back once the dress gets to the other side of the world.... Pretty sure I would never see that amount back in my pocket.

I filed a complaint so they wont trick other people into buying their expensive garbage.

I ordered a blouse-like skirt and received it on time. But the fabric was poor and the skirt did not look anything like on the photos. So I wanted to send it back considering this piece costed USD 50.00.

I contacted the customer service and they wanted to refund me only USD 5.00, which I didn't agree upon. So I send the piece back to the address they suggested and never heard anything again. My money is lost and I would not recommend this online store at all, unless you wanna lose your money.

I have purchased a dress described as made of linen. I purchased it for the sum of some $53. I have recently received an item that did not look anything like the photograph; was cheaply made and most importantly was made of 100% polyester, not linen which is an expensive fabric.
I contacted the seller stating that I want a return label because of their fraudulent description of the fabric.
They told me that I need to pay the return cost myself.

The arrogance of these people is shocking.

Please do not buy from them.
They are outright thieves and fraudsters.

I ordered a dress for a specific occasion and paid $20 for fast shipping. It didn’t come in on time. The quality was terrible. They take forever to answer my emails and they WILL NOT let me return it. The quality does not remotely match the picture advertised. If you’re considering ordering from here, save yourself the trouble. Absolutely horrible customer service. A terrible experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not only is the quality of the clothing absolute garbage, their return policy is not customer focused. I spent $83 on 2 swimsuit sets that were advertised as beautiful and luxurious. The sets were so cheap and poor quality. I asked to initiate a return and they offered me $5 to keep them , 25% off a new purchase of more crappy clothes, or that I be responsible for the $50 shipping back to China! So basically money wasted. DO NOT BUY from this company unless you like poorly made, overpriced clothes that fit weird and terrible customer service.

The Worst experience I’ve ever had. My order was places on February 7th, I paid the expedited shipping! The Roschic “help”is un-support, does not help; just ask for sorry! No way! It has been 2 months…please DO NOT PURCHASE ON THIS “WEB SITE”….

This was the most disappointing purchase I’ve made in a very long time. The dress was so different from what it look like on the website, I thought it was something someone else sent me. I didn’t recognize the garment it was so different and cheap. No tag inside to say what size, what material, nor the brand name. I would give a zero , but there’s not a place for that. These are scammers selling low low quality garments that look like they were made in a child labor plant.

I placed my first order with this website on February 22nd, and today is March 21st, and I still haven't received any notification about my order. They haven't even shipped it.

You spend around $50 per item, and if you want to return something, they offer you $3 back. Return shipping is more expensive than the original item. Disputed with capital one as deceptive sales practices and return costs. and capital one sided with them. Lesson learned. I will never shop with them again. They got $90 from me hope I can warn anyone else so they aren’t in my situation.

Product received but not very good quality. Send correspondence three times to begin a return, with no response. Horrible customer service, i.e. or lack thereof! I will never order anything from this company again!!

This place is a total rip-off. They sell defective items with numerous flaws. You spend around $50 per item, and if you want to return something, they offer you $3 back, or a discount to buy another piece of junk.

Terrible quality. Nothing like advertised, promotes you to keep items due to pricy returns and offers 5$ refund on 140$ products.

Just received my order placed in November. Was totally looking forward to these clothes. Guess I should've checked the reviews first. 2 of the dresses are as advertised, the other 3 pieces though, definitely not. The quality is cheap, the material is totally different and I ordered a long wine colored sweater, but received a short orange sweater. The most disappointing though is a Halloween patchwork sweater I ordered, what I got was a cheap thin screened patchwork shirt. I spent almost $200 on this order. Will definitely not order from them again.
