Such a beautiful selection of pieces that feel a bit special. Beautiful quality products aside the customer service each time I have used Rose & Albert has been excellent. I’ve been able to get special orders with no bother at all, the staff at the end of the phone have been really helpful.

I order from Rose and Albert every couple of months , always brilliant clothes , so helpful , I always message to check sizing and receive a reply. Packaging always seems like they are as happy to send the parcel as I am to receive it with gorgeous tissue wrapping and a little note.

I’m really disappointed
I bought a beautiful dress for my daughter, not cheap, I bought it on 25/11, it's been 15 days and I still haven't received it, I bought it for my baby's Christmas photoshoot, and the photos are tomorrow but I don't have the dress. I tried calling and sending several emails, but I got no answers. I’m really disappointed

No care in packaging whatsoever
Not one for Leaving negative reviews but fuming with the way this package arrived! £150 for a delicate pearl an tulle occasion dress and literally thrown from the hanger into a tiny plastic bag, no tissue paper to protect it nothing. The tulle was massive compared to the bag it was shoved in 🙄 I’ve sent eBay items better presented than that.

We usually send all Sarah Louise occasionwear in a reusable white gift box which helps to protect the item & of course make it feel special for you when opening the dress for your child’s special day / moment.
