I have used this agency twice in the past 4 years and each time I have received excellent service from Abi. She is knowledgeable, prompt and with a great range of nannies to recommend for each family's specific needs. She does all the necessary background checks and initial interviews and then provides you with the CVs of a number of suitable candidates and it is then up to you to pick out the ones you would like to interview. She was also great at helping us with the contracts and the sourcing of a reliable payroll company. All the awards she has won in the time we have known her are very well deserved.

Abi is a true professional when it comes to matching nannies and families together. Really listens to what the nanny wants out of a nannying job without feeling any pressure to take a job that may not be quite for you. Abi, really cares about the needs of the nanny.
