Customised His and Hers Hoodies for Valentine's

I ordered customised hoodies for myself and my husband as a valentine's present and when they arrived they were the wrong colour (should be forest green and burgundy - received black and brown) with wrong colour embroidery. They were also supposed to be a 2XL and an XL and both hoodies were the same size with the labels cut out and no way of telling what size they actually were. I contacted customer support and received no reply to my email so I escalated the issue with PayPal who have found in favour of the seller saying the items were not damaged or as described despite submitting photographs of the issue. I've had no communication from the company at all. Their returns policy states that if a wrong product is shipped then I am entitled to a full refund but despite disputing the charge with PayPal I am still £47 out of pocket with two hoodies that are only fit for the fire! If I could give a zero rating I would. Stay clear and don't get ripped off by these scammers.

Misrepresentation

My husband ordered personalised prayer mats for us. Firstly, they’re ridiculously thin, like a microfibre cloth for cleaning. Secondly, he specifically asked for blue & white mats - they’re yellow & blue, as in canary yellow. Avoid! They wouldn’t even apologise nevermind offer a refund for this joke of a product.

Mugged off…

Ordered product 9th February today 24th February and still haven’t received it. No tracking number or shipping update. Tried emailing them with email address provided it says email address doesn’t exist. Starting to think I’ve been mugged.

Custom His/Hers sweaters

Ordered sweatshirts and when they arrived they were the wrong colors and even the embroidery was the wrong color. After contacting them about the issue they told me the colors I ordered were unavailable, offered a 50% refund and I could keep the sweaters. I told them that I didn't want the sweaters as it wasn't what I ordered and if they had informed me before they made them I would have had them cancel the order. Their return policy states that if they ship the wrong product then I am entitled to a full refund. We exchanged a few emails and they refused to honor the return policy so I told them I would dispute the charges with my credit card company as the product that I received was not what I ordered. They responded with 50% refund. So I'm disputing the charges. If I could give them 0 stars I would

Delivery not on time

I did pay an extra £9 to have this delivered within 2-5 days. It came in 7 days. Understandably it was made and shipped from China so was never going to be achievable. Product was good but delivery times are not correct.

Dog Tag - Microscopic Engraving and Zero Accountability

I ordered a personalized engraved dog tag from Roseinside. The engraving is so ridiculously small that you practically need a magnifying glass to read it. What’s unbelievable is that there’s plenty of unused space on the tag. Instead of using basic common sense and sizing the font to fit the available area, they chose what looks like the smallest font setting possible. It’s baffling. The entire purpose of a dog tag is to be readable, this one is not. I contacted customer service asking for a simple solution: remake it with a properly sized font or issue a full refund. They refused both. No accountability, no effort to fix an obvious design flaw. If you’re ordering something meant to be legible, save your money. This was a frustrating experience from product to support.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Firstly, paid for urgent shipping which was described as “2 days”. The delivery wasn’t shipped within 2 days of ordering and neither was it delivered within 2 days of shipping so I felt the 2 days label was very misleading. Further, the product I received was incorrect. The wrong text (presumably from someone else’s order) appeared on my product. I emailed the customer service team to ask for them to send the correct order and have not had a response in 3 day despite chasers. Would not recommend at all based on my experience
