I want to warn all buyers through the rotimia website, beware of scammers who do not deliver the goods, do not answer emails!!!! It has been 3 months since the order and I have not yet received my order nor have I received the refund I demanded, I sent them a million emails and did not receive a response to even one email. Do not call them!!!

FRAUD! SCAM! ITEMS WORTH LESS THAN €3 SOLD FOR €50. THEY DON´T DO REFUNDS. THEY DON´T REPLY TO E-MAILS. THEY OPERATE SEVERAL ´FASHION´ WEBSITES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES.

Reagiert nicht auf Mails,Ware wird nicht erstattet.
Paypal erstattet nichts,da die Ware der Beschreibung entspricht

Love everything I ordered…runs small but just order carefully..fish pattern dresses are beautiful and good quality!

Never got my order. They told me they would replace it and never did. This is a scam.

I’m really disappointed with my order from Rotimia. The quality of the items is extremely cheap, the sizing runs way too small, and nothing looks like what was advertised. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, because this was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

Horrible. Premièrement, les produits ont mis presque 1 mois au lieu de 5 jours à arriver. Puis, ils sont arrivés en piteux état, trop grands, et de très mauvaise fabrique. Rien à garder là-dedans. Quand j’ai demandé un remboursement, ils ont voulu me rembourser 18$ sur 190$ + me faire payer le retour. Heureusement que j’avais payé avec PayPal. J’ai ouvert un litige et au bout de 2 mois PayPal m’a remboursée. Bref ne commandez rien, et si vous le faites, commander avec PayPal, car ce n’est pas rotimia qui acceptera un remboursement 😩

Vorsicht Abzocke! Habe 2 Badeanzüge aus einer angeblichen Geschäftsaufgabe in Süddeutschland bestellt, weil „die beiden Besitzerinnen nach 27 Jahren ihr Geschäft schließen.
Ein Artikel kamen nach 2 und der andere nach 5 Wochen aus China. (billigste Qualität)
Seit 3 Wochen versuche ich erfolglos einen Rückschein zu bekommen. Immer neue Ausreden.

Pas de retour possible des articles achetés et donc pas de remboursement etLes descriptifs sont faux : ça n'est pas du lin, pas du coton mais du tissu synthétique.

I received clothes that were disappointing in quality and didn’t match the pictures. When I tried to return them, I was told I’d have to pay for shipping and customs fees. This feels like a scammy business practice. I don’t recommend buying from them!

Sizes not true to size. When you attempt to return within their so called policy they try to sell you more products and eventually stop responding to you. It’s s bit of a scam. Not going to waste my money again.

Habe einen Badeanzug bestellt und nach Wochen erhalten. Passt leider überhaupt nicht . Soll ihn für viel Geld zurückschicken.
War der Meinung, dass es sich um ein seriöses Unternehmen handelt. Fühle mich betrogen und ärgere mich, dass ich darauf reingefallen bin.

I ordered the “chic solid colour two piece” in a Large. It is a Small at best. The sizing of these products are hit and miss, as well as the quality. When raising this with the customer service team, I was expected to pay for my own shipping back despite the incorrect advertising of the product. Would not recommend.

This Company has poor quality materials. Sizing is not accurate.Customer Service is poor. They will not refund my item. Do not purchase from this company.

The product quality was terrible, and the sizing was inaccurate; my "large" was actually a small. The return process is also difficult and costly, even when offering to cover shipping myself.

Comme l’avis de Charlotte ci dessous. Honteux ! Vêtements de qualité médiocre. Vetements deux fois trop petits. Service après vente inadmissible. Refus de retour. Proposition de remboursement de 14e sur 120e! Apparemment j’ai l’air de faire la manche. Obligé de leurs ecrire trois mail pour avoir une reponde, donc la discussion est compliqué et que en anglais. Mais parcontre ils nous envoient un million de pub. Livraison longue. Remboursement pitoyable encore plus long.
