I received clothes that were disappointing in quality and didn’t match the pictures. When I tried to return them, I was told I’d have to pay for shipping and customs fees. This feels like a scammy business practice. I don’t recommend buying from them!

Sizes not true to size. When you attempt to return within their so called policy they try to sell you more products and eventually stop responding to you. It’s s bit of a scam. Not going to waste my money again.

Habe einen Badeanzug bestellt und nach Wochen erhalten. Passt leider überhaupt nicht . Soll ihn für viel Geld zurückschicken.

I ordered the “chic solid colour two piece” in a Large. It is a Small at best. The sizing of these products are hit and miss, as well as the quality. When raising this with the customer service team, I was expected to pay for my own shipping back despite the incorrect advertising of the product. Would not recommend.

This Company has poor quality materials. Sizing is not accurate.Customer Service is poor. They will not refund my item. Do not purchase from this company.

The product quality was terrible, and the sizing was inaccurate; my "large" was actually a small. The return process is also difficult and costly, even when offering to cover shipping myself.

Comme l’avis de Charlotte ci dessous. Honteux ! Vêtements de qualité médiocre. Vetements deux fois trop petits. Service après vente inadmissible. Refus de retour. Proposition de remboursement de 14e sur 120e! Apparemment j’ai l’air de faire la manche. Obligé de leurs ecrire trois mail pour avoir une reponde, donc la discussion est compliqué et que en anglais. Mais parcontre ils nous envoient un million de pub. Livraison longue. Remboursement pitoyable encore plus long.

In the photo, the fabric looks light and high quality, but in reality, the cheapest Chinese crap arrives.

The dress I received was not the dress I ordered. It was the right print, but the wrong style.

Terrible and disastrous customer experience. Quality of products is below zero. Awful.

I received the clothes, which were great quality but sizing was all over the place - the small fitted me (all-be-it tightly) - I’m a large. The large was about 20cm away from being able to zip up. Was defs made for a size 0. I’d love to get the clothes in my size but am doubting that’ll happen. When I asked for an exchange I got a mail saying if I sent them $50 per item they would send new sizes and I could keep what I had. Actually that was more that I paid originally so not gonna happen. I’m still being hopeful I can get what I want but am becoming less likely by the day!

It’s a FRAUD company, horrible customer service. Once the amount is deducted from you card, you will never receive your product nor even refund.

SCAM! Terrible quality, no returns (only 5% refund!), awful customer service. Avoid!

This company is garbage. No returns and sizing is completely off. Website says you can return and they still refuse.
