Antwoord van Round Wood of Mayfield
hello Andrew,
We’re sorry your order has taken longer than expected to arrive.
Your order was placed just before the bank holiday weekend, and unfortunately we experienced a significant backlog immediately afterwards. Our warehouse team works hard to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, but during exceptionally busy periods delays can sometimes happen.
There was also an additional delay with DHL collections due to the high holiday volume. Your parcels are now with DHL, and tracking details have already been provided so you can follow their journey.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding

says 1-2 days for delivery 6 days and not sent yet.
Online it says 1-2 days for delivery. I ordered 6 days ago and it’s still not even been sent. Literally planned to have this for a garden parties are having tomorrow and was a waste of time. Should have ordered on Amazon.

hello Carmen,
We’re sorry your order did not arrive in time for your garden party.
Your order was placed on Thursday just before the bank holiday weekend. We had your parcel packed and ready to go the following working day, however DHL experienced a significant backlog after the holiday period and unfortunately did not collect parcels from us for several days.
The 1–2 day delivery timeframe shown online refers to working days and unfortunately bank holidays can sometimes cause delays across the courier network.
Your parcel is now on its way and tracking details have been provided. We completely understand your frustration and we’re disappointed by the delay as well.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Antwoord van Round Wood of Mayfield
Hello Dominic,
We have checked the order and it was processed for one pot only, which was the quantity successfully added to the basket at checkout. Unfortunately the item was low in stock at the time, and the website automatically adjusted the quantity to what was available, before the order was completed.
The invoice was also updated accordingly and you were only charged for the single pot dispatched.
We understand your frustration regarding the delivery cost, however the order was fulfilled exactly as received through the website.
If you would still like an additional pot once stock is replenished, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
All the best

Great service and distance buying experience
I found the pot I was looking for online but needed delivery as I’m a long way from the store. I found ordering easy, the choice is great and prices are competitive. Delivery charges are expensive but I understand covering costs and the pot arrived on a pallet held firmly in place with plenty of cellophane wrap fully intact. I’d managed to get other pots in the same colour local to home but needed a bigger statement piece and that’s what I got from Round Wood. I’d definitely buy from here again and have recommended to family and friends already.

It was great to have a company deliver using their own drivers and transport. The driver was really helpful and the product arrived on time in excellent condition. The water bowl was accurately made so the rim was level to the water once we filled it
