My order consisted of a dressing table, chest of drawers, and a tall boy. The dressing table required assembly which I paid £50 for on the delivery day they were not able to put the dressing table together as apparently they don’t carry any tools. I rang the company who said it would not be the following week before anybody could come and put it together. The following week I heard nothing so I rang the company who gave me another date for the following week. When the men arrived, they told me they had come to.COLLECT the dressing table not to assemble it. They rang their company and eventually assembled it. I would not use this service again. The dressing table itself is too small. The frame on the mirrors is so wide that the mirrors are pretty useless. The tall boy and the chest of drawers are lovely.

The driver and helper were helpful and delivered the sofa bed well and efficiently. There had been a mixup with the original supplier where part of the delivery got lost in the process and this has marred my overall impression as not clear as to culpability. But final delivery was timely and good.

Unfortunately only 3 stars for you guys. You didn't deliver when you should have and that caused me quite a bit of hassle. You hadn't scanned my parcel when you received it, causing my delivery to be several days later than expected. Worse still, you denied my parcel was with you. When it was eventually delivered, your delivery guys were great. 5 stars to the delivery guys.

Delivery drivers were polite and efficient. They were most professional measuring and then completing the delivery. Colin (?) demonstrated the operation of our sofa bed twice and included safety advice.
We were very impressed with the efficiency of the delivery team.

The Delivery drivers damaged a painting hanging on the wall whilst carrying the items up the stairs. Didn’t even get an apology. They brought in 2 Chest of drawers that were in large cardboard boxes and just left them in the bedroom. One of these was upside down which meant that I had to turn it the right way up on my own as they had already left. Also they never took the packaging away as they said they had not been told that they had to, even though I specifically asked for this service. The furniture items themselves have poorly fitting handles. Some are loose because the threaded end is not long enough to bolt into.

We couldn’t have asked for two nicer guys to deliver. They couldn’t do enough for us, also gave us advice about using the settee, as a bed, getting the mechanism in and out. Gave us a time slot when arriving and phoned when on way too.

Ordering easy. Made an error but called them and spoke with Ollie who rectified it immediately. The delivery went smoothly and the guys who delivered were courteous and polite. Thank you

Excellent service. Informed us a couple of days before delivery with the option to change if not convenient. Gave us a time slot so we didn't have to stay in all day. The guys delivering were very polite and put the boxed furniture where we wanted it.

The delivery was made on time. I had a phone call 30 mins before they arrived. They had quite a way to carry the bed settee and as they got to the rear of the house they had to take off the packaging to get it through the patio door. They tried to get through the door but they had to put it down onto the plastic decking, which was dry. They twisted it around slightly and lifted into the house. When they placed the settee down onto the sitting room floor, I checked the end of settee which has been on the uncovered decking and noticed there were some small patches of slightly grubby areas. I pointed it out to the delivery guy and he said are you going to accept it? We did as we were without a settee and when they had gone we got the Vax spot cleaner out and give it a light cleaning. It came up good as new. It is a shame really because they did a good job otherwise. If only they had put something underneath the settee when they put it the floor, I would have given them at least 4 stars.

Arranged to be in for the delivery slot and received an email minutes after the last estimated time saying as I wasn't it would have to be rescheduled. I immediately rang and spoke to an advisor saying both me and my partner were and still are in as the driver would surely have seen from the 2 cars parked in the driveway. They assured me he rang and waited for 10 minutes then left. I questioned this as that seemed impossible for both of us not to see or hear the driver. I got a surly response telling me they believed their driver. I asked to make a complaint and was put onto another member of staff who again offered no apology or re-delivery that day and again told me they believed their driver and by inference not me. Getting nowhere with Route 1 I spoke to the vendor who managed to find out that Route 1 had tried to deliver next door and not my address as evidenced by the photo they sent. Clearly not my address and as I live in a rural area I can't see my neighbours front door from my house so had no idea they had been close. Sorry for the long explanation but it outlines their error, not mine, for which I received no apology or even attempt to politely make up for my wasted time and further 4 day wait for an item that was to be installed the next day

The 2 gentlemen were not very chatty, not very helpful at all. Communications weren’t great. I had a delivery from Dunelm the other day & I had phone calls, the delivery guys were so friendly & helpful. Could see I would struggle & so helped me upstairs. The 2 guys today, were ‘you’ve only got hallway delivery’, then just plonked it down. Not very helpful at all.

My delivery instructions were ignored. I shared before I purchased my sofa that the lift wasn't available for furniture. I was assured that wasn't an issue and I should just note it when delivery is scheduled. Once delivery was scheduled, I again wrote instruction on delivery. These instructions weren't shared with the delivery team or was ignored. It was a very frustrating situation with several annoying moments and I hope I never have to use this company again.

Arrived within scheduled time slot. Rang before hand to say 20 minutes away so we were prepared. Very polite and helpful. Dropped the package just where we needed it to be as it was a very heavy package.

I didn't receive the information about the time to expect the delivery but when I called the office the staff member was helpful, clear and an excellent communicator. The delivery drivers were also very good, being very pleasant and patient while the stair handrail had to be unscrewed to get the sofa bed up to the first floor flat, then the doors taken off! They then had to leave speedily to make their next delivery. Unfortunately the local traffic warden was unsympathetic and gave the van a ticket. The sign was clear that parking should be paid for. Check parking arrarrangements carefully next time

The two delivery guys were polite and respectful of our property. Delivered in the three hour time slot given. Our new settee was unpacked and placed in our room of choice. Great service. Thank you.
