I am a first time author so had lots of questions, from start to finish! All the staff I worked with were extremely professional and happy to explain in more detail any questions I had. I had some slight issues with the formatting but all was completely resolved and I learnt a lot in the process. I had some unpleasant experience with Author House which is the worst place to look for the publication of the books because they are cheating and deceiving the writers, not paying them the royalties, and asking for money through repetitive calls leaving them empty handed. I said "they are cheating" because Author House squizeed from me a few thousand pounds with all sorts of false promises and I was lied by one of their managers that the rest of the money for the marketing program would be taken from my royalties but even after three years from the publication date they told me that there were not money on my account.
Publishing with Rowanvale Books is heaven on earth. The Rowanvale books' team is treating you with love, respect and consideration and they are the friends in need. I thank to Rowanvale Books team for the wonderful world I entered!
