I highly recommend Roxie Cosmetic!

I ordered a facial treatment bed and I’m extremely happy with my purchase! I chose the Priority Delivery option, which estimated delivery within 2–3 weeks, and it was absolutely worth every penny!

I am really disappointed. The stool is incredibly creaky. I raised this with Roxie cosmetics and was told this is normal and to apply oil. I have oiled it, but it’s too creaky to use. The stool is incredibly noisy- it makes my clients jump and is too embarrassing to use. It’s been sat in the corner for months now. Complete waste of money. Rosie cosmetics said they will not refund or exchange as it was a “pre order”. I will raise a charge back through my bank. Very disappointed in the service and lack of care.

Everything went very smoothly and was well coordinated. The delivery was handled very well, and the bed arrived securely and safely packaged with no major issues.

The bed itself works very well and overall I’m very happy with it. The only thing I noticed was that the finish on the lower metal section, particularly the gold part at the base, was not quite as refined or as cleanly finished as I had expected. It could have been made with a little more attention to detail.

Apart from that, everything else was excellent — the delivery, the bed itself, and its overall function were all very good.

i love everything about roxie it has amazing brands that most nail suppliers don’t stock, i just wish they had more brands on there for example for your bulk things like buffers and your everyday tools

I purchased two luxury electric pedicure chairs from Roxie Cosmetics for my salon. They were purchased as a matching pair and were intended to be used together for spa treatment.

Unfortunately, one of the chairs was faulty from the moment we received it. The electrical mechanism has never worked

The problems, however, have not been limited to the electrical fault .

The pop up waste plug does not pop up meaning that when the basin contains water, we have had to use a utensil to prise the plug out in order to drain it.

The tap was also loose and extremely wobbly and actually came off in my hand.

These are not issues I would expect to encounter with a new, high value professional salon chair.

I reported the electrical fault to Roxie Cosmetics I was subsequently told that they would order an electrical component which they believed was the faulty part. I was then offered the option of them sending me the part together with a short video showing me how to fit it myself.

I find this completely unacceptable for a 100kg, electrically operated, professionally plumbed in salon chair purchased as a new professional piece of equipment, not a chair that I expected to diagnose and repair myself.

I was subsequently told that I could return the chair to them in its original packaging. They would pay the cost of the return, but I was also told that they would not be responsible for any damage caused during the return transit if the chair was not packaged correctly.

Think about that for a moment: this is a 100kg chair that has been plumbed into a salon. It has to be disconnected, physically moved and somehow repackaged. It is not a small item that can simply be put into a box and handed to a courier .

I am also extremely concerned about the condition of the chair . Following inspection by professionals, some of the components do not appear new to me , which has left me questioning whether the chair was actually supplied as new.

There were also concerns with the original delivery. The delivery driver commented that the packaging was unstable and that one 100kg chair had been placed on top of the other. He himself suggested that I raise concerns with Roxie Cosmetics about the packaging.

I have consequently had to involve plumbers and an electrician, incurred additional costs and spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve a problem with equipment that never worked properly from the day it arrived.

The chairs were bought as a pair, so this has also put me in an extremely difficult position. Returning just one chair would leave me with an unmatched chair that cannot be used as intended alongside its pair.

I purchased these chairs expecting new, fully functioning, high value professional salon equipment. Instead, I have experienced faults from the outset, additional expense, disruption to my business and a very frustrating process trying to get the matter resolved.

My experience has been extremely disappointing.

If you are considering spending a significant amount of money on salon equipment from Roxie Cosmetics, I strongly recommend that you do your research first and consider very carefully what happens if the equipment arrives faulty — particularly when it is extremely heavy, electrically operated and requires professional plumbing. I have now started proceedings at the small claims court . Avoid this company!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This company is fine…. Until something goes wrong with your product. I paid approx £1700 for a salon kit that consisted of electronic bed, moon lamp, trolley and chair. Firstly the delivery was very late, they did however offer me a partial refund to wait longer and I accepted. 6 months later the moon lamp is falling to pieces and keeps toppling over. 10 months later my very large, heavy electronic bed has died, and I have contacted them to sort. They asked for video evidence which I sent over straight away, and I was advised that I needed to return the bed in its original packaging, or needed to ensure it was placed on a pallet and wrapped with transport shrink wrap etc to secure as they won’t take any responsibility for damage in transit. I pleaded with them that this was a crazy request, the bed is impossible for me to manoeuvre alone, and sourcing these items to pack them would be really difficult and costly for me. They offered me a £100 “good will” refund in return for keeping the bed and waiving my warranty! I spoke with citizens advice and reminded them that under the consumer rights act 2015 they are responsible for all costs of returning the item, so could they please send me the pallet and wrap etc, and also that as I was going to lose income, could they send me a loan bed while mine was being repaired. They totally refused and aren’t interested in the consumer rights act, or providing a good service to their customers who’ve spent a lot of money on their faulty products. I have now escalated to trading standards and am awaiting on the outcome with them. You should not have to do this for faulty items, particularly large commercial items. They should just either send someone to repair it, or ask the courier they are using to wrap and package it for you. All they keep referring to is their terms and conditions which state we should keep the original huge packaging incase of a warranty repair. They also don’t have any sympathy for the fact that you will be without a vital piece of equipment that you paid good money for.

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on **2 August** and paid an additional **£215 for expedited delivery** after being told that my chairs were ready to be dispatched.

I was then told that my order had been dispatched on **2 September** and should arrive by **Friday, 4 September**. Today is **Monday, 7 September**, and I still have not received a single chair.

What is even more frustrating is that I have been unable to properly track my order or get a clear update about where my package is. I have contacted the company several times and received contradictory information.

I understand that delays can happen, but taking extra payment for urgent delivery and then failing to provide accurate information or tracking is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The Aluminium Sprayer for hairdressing 400ml came exactly as advertised.
The nozzle sprays a good fine mist and can be adjusted. I love the silver colour and the
H2O logo.
