One of the sink units came damaged
One of the sink units came damaged. Looks like it’s not slotted together properly and had a big scratch down one side. Customer service not helpful at all and refunded us £50!! Not interested in helping with a replacement sink unit.
You have now sent us an automated reply to this review that you send to everyone saying that you contacted us twice with no response. We did respond and have a full email thread. We wanted at least the end panel replacing. We felt we had no option but to accept a £50 refund on an item that cost us hundreds of pounds and arrived damaged. The delivery was quick and the driver helpful. The quality of the bath was great, and it was well packaged, so was the shower enclosure, etc.
I had to switch one product out for another, as my configuration would not allow with pipework, and customer services helped kindly and efficiently with the exchange.
I would definitely do business again with Royal Bathrooms, good value for the price.
And stood by me, and helped to quickly remedy my mistake when i needed them.
