Prompt delivery and all goods well packed and intact. Really pleased with the new shower cubicle, looks lovely in our newly decorated bathroom. One of the few sites I found with a sided shower cubicle. I would definitely recommend.

The product is fine communication could be better.
The product is fine, well packaged and the driver pleasant and accommodating. Would have got five stars but for a 24 hour delay in delivery. The communication for the change in day only arrived 20 mins before the original delivery window closed.

Was a little worried ordering online as had some negative experiences before with other companies.
Anyway ordered and within a couple of days it arrived 6.58 am prior to 7-9am slot. Guy was polite and thorough and double checked and photographed we had 7 packets. Checked the delivery the next day as worried there may be missing parts or broken or chipped items as ordered fluted glass shower and shower tray. Items packaged well and cannot see any defect. Fingers crossed as not being installed until first week in November 🤞. So far so good!

Super customer service . Ordered a walk-in in shower with 2x 800mm glass pieces but only 1 arrived . Bathroom was being fitted in 3 days so I contacted Royal Bathrooms and they shipped the missing item straight away and arrived 2 days later . Product is of a high quality also.
