We recently booked our Disneyland Paris trip through Hazel, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Hazel was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. She took all the stress out of planning and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Most importantly, Hazel helped make my daughter's dream come true. Seeing the excitement and joy on her face was absolutely priceless, and it wouldn't have been possible without Hazel's help. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly organized, giving us complete peace of mind and allowing us to focus on making magical family memories.

Great for booking, awful when it’s time to travel. Most of the positive reviews are just about booking with Royal Routes very few come after the trip. Why? Because once the trip starts, everything falls apart. The hotel isn’t the one they promised, the complimentary extras never show up, and the whole itinerary is a mess. Try to contact them for help? They take ages to reply. I also tried to find their office in London but no luck. This company pretends to be UK based, but it clearly isn’t. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Royal Routes for helping me to plan and book my holiday to Thailand. Initially I had great service from Nora and then Dexter. Both were very professional and very helpful. T hey booked my flights and hotels and managed to rearrange my flights when the itinerary changed. I would have no hesitation recommending or using Dexter at Royal Routes in the future. I had a fantastic holiday.

Remarkable customer service from Dexter, nothing was an issue for him to amend the quote a couple of times, adding people and rooms. He was so professional polite and very helpful. No stress whatsoever and now all booked up for a wedding in Thailand

Everything they promised was false. Claimed we'd get private transfers never showed up. Said we'd have 24/7 support nobody answered calls or messages. The itinerary they sent was completely made up; half the tours didn't exist. They also charged hidden fees after we paid the "low deposit." When we complained, they blocked us. Don't fall for their lies.

Total fraud. They take your "low deposit" payments, then give fake tickets and hotel bookings. Multiple hotels weren't even booked, we had to pay again ourselves. The flight tickets were invalid at the airport. Everyone here lies. Avoid at all costs.

Dexter was very helpful and patient. Whilst we are still thinking about what to do. I appreciate how helpful he was. Would recommend

I booked a trip to Disneyland Paris in Aug with Nora. She was so helpful and answered all the questions i had, and any reccomendations i had. We went in Jan and everything went so smoothly from start to finish. We will definetely be booking again with Royal Routes. Nora thanks so much. Kids had a ball. :-)

I was passed the details for Royal routes via a friend and was put in touch with Dexter. I provided him with a rough outline of what i was looking for in the hope I could get a good deal, and i qlwas blown away! Dexter worked quickly to obtain a quote and was able to tweak this for me to be absolutely perfect! Nothing was too much trouble even working till 10.30pm to finalise all the details! We are booked to visit Disneyland Paris next august something I didnt think would ever be possible! A big thankyou to Dexter! Will most definitely be using him/Royal routes for all our future holidays!
