Royal Wholesale Reviews

If there is zero I will give them, first they will never answer the phones, if you make an order they will send wrong items and if you asked for return and refund they will charge you $62 for restocking, also you need to know that they 100% send you products with fake expiration dates

These people charged me almost 50 dollars in shipping on a 20 dollar box of Payday candybars. I am not sure how I missed that high shipping cost, but after I tried to cancel my order (through Amazon), I got a message saying it was "too late" to cancel even though I did it probably within an hour of placing the order. But the WORST THING of all is, I find out that the order that was "too late" to be canceled is now going to take 5 days to get here. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

scam scam my 2000$ scam royal hub wholesale be alart

I ordered Lorna Doone cookies thru Amazon supplied by this company. This was a ripoff. The packaging was a different color and taste nothing like genuine Lorna Doone. They were packed loose in a taped box resulting in many broken cookies. Amazon would not accept return or refund. Hoping to get this straightened out. This company is passing off cheap generic cookies as the real thing! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I placed a order for Hershey's chocolate bars 36 pk through Amazon/ Royal wholesale candy, The order was bought and paid for on March 19th 2024 and was to be delivered by March 27th 2024 ($23.75) My order didn't arrive so I contacted Amazon and they said they contacted Royal on my behalf and to allow 3 days for delivery or April 1st 2024 The order didn't arrive I did a tracking inquiry and it shows they never resent the order as promised. This was for a party, which I had to buy them at $1.49 each or $53.64 from the local grocery store I was really mad I had to go out of my way when I was promised they would arrive by March 27th My Party was for Easter March 31st 2024 When I contacted Amazon they said watch for a reorder the company said they would send it out Asap. and would arrive by Easter, I feel this company should reimburse me for the inconvenience and the difference I had to pay for their lies .

very bad custumer service

Hey,
I don't know if they are scammers or not but I am giving them one star because I gave them a call and asked for a price sheet the lady on the call behaved very rudely and hung up the phone like they didn't know how to respect their customers and how to talk with them I don't recommend as their customer service is not good how other departments will be good
