I was told about RPAIR about a friend who'd heard about it. I was sceptical but did have my fiance's wedding band that needed resizing.

Personally I've never had to do anything like this and I didn't want to go to the HMSamuel in the shopping centre coz they look dodgy. So I gave them a try.

Uploading my ring requirements was easy and within a day I'd had like 4 quotes.

I picked one place that was the closest (though some did offer postal services) with the most reviews.

After I dropped it off I got notifications about the progress of it and within a week it'd been resized. We went to the store to try it on and pay and that was it.

I was surprised by how easy it is to resize rings.

I'd recommend anyone to use RPAIR I can't think of any other site like it, like JustEat for repair shops.

My Casio Mudmaster watch needed repair after a local Dover Jeweller made a balls of it when fitting new batteries. It was working fine before the fitting and despite returning it twice, they couldn't do anything & suggested a Casio repair agent. I found Rpair on the web and put out the word that I needed a repair done. Despite it going out to 14 different repair centers, I only Got 1 reply from Watch Hub in Peterborough who quoted me £30 but it went up to £130 as it needed specialist repairs. I only paid £160 for it in the first place so I told them politely to keep the watch especially as it cost me £7 to post it to them in the first place. RPair appear to be no use whatsoever, they promise numerous quotes but don't deliver.

I needed a replacement watch face glass. I sent it to a repairer who estimated it would cost me £40 and then on receipt said it would be £75. I said no thank you. Then I saw RPAIR and posted my job details. Within an hour a repair shop had contacted me by phone and is now doing the job for £25. Very impressed.

Getting the best price without leaving home it was just perfect. I only had to go to the post office to sent my jewellery.
The communication was good. They've been answering my emails and looking to get in touch with me to see how my work is going.
It took a couple of weeks, but I believe this is the time you will get your job done anyway.
I recommend that for rings to get a good size measure as for me it's still a bit smaller. I have been guided by Pandora measurements, so next time I'll ask for one size up.
Other than that, I can only say that I am going to use this service again and I will recommended it to anyone.

I've been to many watch repair companies before but none like Watch Hub, the personal service they give you makes you feel like your the only customer. The service was efficient, fast and I was kept in touch throughout the process.

So the service I received was perfect for my specific watch repair needs and I got to choose which provider and which price option too. All from the comfort of my couch ! Great little app which I hear was built by watch lovers too, no doubt the reason for it working so well.

It was so easy I also got my necklace, that had just sat in my drawer for 3 years, fixed at the same time. Highly recommend
