never got my order, they scamed me on 2000 dollars. this was 7 months ago and i havent heard anything. they stopped answer my emails.

Overal bad experience. A lot of mistakes in how they handle this. Also they brand it as if the clothing comes from Portugal, but this is not true. Clothing comes form Bangladesh. Super weird to brand something and then get something totally different. Information about shipping is not correct. Sizes are als not correct.

Placed an order an paid in November, it is now end of April and nothing has arrived. They have not replied to any of my emails since January. Total scam site.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and take a gamble and place an order in September 2022. It's now April 2023 and I've received no shipping confirmation
and no answer to any of my emails addressing my concern . To whoever is reading this, the feedback on here is absolutely true. They don't ship orders and they don't answer emails..plain and simple. Just don't bother with this company.

Don't buy from them! They take your money and ignore you with automatic answers from "Estrella". I had an order of more than 300€ place In November. Now it's April I got nothing, neither the order, neither the money. Insane. And I have sent 100 email, they blocked me.

I bought 1 hoodie and 2 zip hoodies for 173€ and waited 2 month and nothing has been shipped. Then I canceled my order. This was in January 2023. it is now April and I didn’t get my money back. The support answers only for the cancelation afterwards they didn’t answer any of my 10+ mails. Bad experience and they also deleted my account after the cancellation. I did buy previously from them and now they just banned me.

They just can’t do anything right. Porter in Toronto! First they gave me a hard time with my bag, then confiscated my spaghetti in security, stalls had no toilet paper, sat down for a drink and a bite since I had no food other than waiting 25 mins for someone to come by they were out of most drink options and after ordering a drink I was reading the menu. The waitress came back to which I thought to grab my food order and took the menu off my table and handed it to someone else. I haven’t even gotten on the flight yet while I wait in the terminal.

Customer service would not reply to me for weeks about a size exchange. They only got back to me once i put in a chargeback on my card.

Ho comprato una felpa a novembre, dopo due mesi senza nessuna notizia scrivo all’assistenza che mi dice che hanno problemi di produzione e che entro 10-20 giorni lavorativi il mio ordine sarà pronto per la spedizione…
Oggi ad aprile non ho ancora ricevuto niente.. in questi mesi successivi ho provato a riscrivere all’assistenza e non ho più ricevuto risposte …veramente imbarazzante!
Ormai mi sono rassegnato anche su un eventuale rimborso
La cosa bella che poi su Instagram sono sempre attivi ma stranamente rispondo solo a chi vogliono

Horrible experience. Avoid the company at all costs. They WILL ghost you when asking for refunds. I ordered during their Black Friday sale and they didn’t send my items for two months due to “low stock”. I requested a refund in January, and they have ghosted me since. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THE REVIEWS HERE DONT LIE. You’ve been WARNED.

Its been 5 months from order, they are selling images on web, you will never see you order

Normally i don‘t write reviews but with rueporter it‘s something else. I‘ve never experienced such bad customer service. I‘ve ordered on Christmas and neither did i get my products nor my money back. I wrote them several emails but just got a 2 sentence email back that states that they will send within 2 weeks. That was 1,5 months ago. Now I am trying everything i can to get my money back and warn other people not to buy anything there.

Ils ne m'ont pas envoyé ma commande datant du black friday. Ils n'ont répondu à mes mails qu'avec des mails automatiques et des délais mensongers. Je vais probablement entamer une action en justice. Ne commandez surtout pas si vous avez la chance de voir ceci avant d'avoir fait l'erreur.

Sigo esperando un pedido del 27 de noviembre, al último mail que envié en febrero no me contestan.

This company is a f*ing nightmare.

Made my purchase in November 2022, was expecting to get it for Christmas. It's been 5 months, I've sent twenty something emails, got maybe 5 half ass replies and never even received a tracking number. You best believe I'm taking action legally and publicly. I normally never leave reviews, so do not make the same mistake I did!!

Honestly never wanted to give a bad review before, but do not order from this company. They have stole money from me - I was waiting 2 months for my order, when I asked for them to refund me & cancel my order. They cancelled my order and never refunded me. Its been over a month now and nothing & ignoring all my emails

I've placed an order for around €400,- in Oktober last year. 4 months later, I've still received nothing. I have mailed them a dozen times, and I've received nothing. It's insane, they are frauds.
