Fast delivery on a cracking little machine which does what it says it will do.
Nice size, well made and VERY useful.
I am very pleased with it.

The machine itself is good. The only issue I had was that I received the machine in a very dirty condition underneath. Maybe some users are not paying too much attention to the turn machine clean request. Then again there is no human checking this apon return.

The procedure was easy as described in the video attached in the email confirmation. However, the previous user didn't clean properly the machine, and the tool. I've cleaned it before start with my carpet. The brochure you mentioned in the video didn't be there, but, I found a lot of videos in you tube with useful information. The rug doctor liquid soap made the job, my carpet was not very dirty. The booking, pick up and drop off process was easy and fast. If you use a rented carpet machine, please, drop it back clean as you wanted to find at pick up.
TIP: You can use a dehumidifier to quick the dry process.

I can't collect equipment from the locker in some shops. The app sent me to another place when 3 huverrs were at the locker.
