Fantastic after-sales service and excellent quality rug
Fantastic service and excellent quality rug for the price. We ordered a rug and received it within 5 working days. The rug is of very good quality for the price. Unfortunately, the colours we chose didnt quite work for us so we decided to return it as no other model would work either. Rugette after-sales team arranged the refund promptly. We even received it before they had received the rug back!

The selection is great. There’s something for everyone. So many sizes, even sizes that are hard to find. The shipping is fast and the customer service has been impeccable. I was skeptical to order a rug on line but there no hassle return policy convinced me to go for it.
