Website was very easy to use, dispatch and delivery were very quick, and the rug was easy to install and great quality. Would 100% recommend!

Purchased a rug for my office and it looked nothing like advertised and for the rather steep price, the quality was rather poor. Will no longer use ruggable after this experience.

Very helpful quick responses when i found that I’d ordered the wrong colour.
Just a bit complicated over re-ordering with the original price. But good that they are willing to let me have a different one with the original price!

Ordering went fine but very poor communication since then. You told me last week that my parcel is on the way but the code isn’t working with Evri so no updates… this is pretty poor to be honest for an expensive rig.

Very happy with our rug, it looks great in our living room. Also very happy with the quick response to query we had.

The quality just isn't there. I understand that is is a low price so I can't expect the quality to be super high, but I was shocked at how bad it was. I think charging people to view a poor quality item after seeing a deceptive picture online is a very risky strategy. I wouldn't order from this company again but I have no reason to think that they are intentionally dishonest. They don't appear to have a clever way of mass producing or sourcing decent quality budget rugs from what I saw. That is what I hoped for. I have seen other washable budget rugs that are miles better in my opinion. Their communication and ordering was easy and efficient, as was the returns system despite it costing me money.

Amazing rugs my second lot, well worth the money, quality is exceptional and the stain resistant is phenomenal, I had beige rugs in heavy traffic and they never changed xx

Great designs, rugs come in all sizes, machine-washable. Customer service good and early notification of offers if you opt for it.Happy to recommend.

Lovely rugs which arrived when they said they would

Not worth over £300 at all. Dull colours, cheap material. They say we’re making your order as if it’s a big task for them when it’s obviously cheaply machine made, good marketing working well for them. Highly disappointing. My advice is go somewhere else and you’ll get better for that money, thin plastic feel to the rug not quality. Imagine an office flooring that kind of material. Horrid.

All good, can't fault. I found the product a bit pricey but I am totally satisfied. Its new so no experience in washing it, folds up very small but opens to cover a large area, amazing.

Beautiful rug and great service

When I heard that Rixo were collaborating with Ruggable, I was keen to see what the designs would look like and I really liked the result. I purchased a runner for my hall and it is striking and stylish. It also seems to be hard-wearing. I haven't washed it yet, as it is new, but I'm sure all will go well! Very happy with my rug. Will certainly uy another one at some point.
