I purchased a DELL rugged tablet and later on an additional battery for its second slot.
The quality is incredible! But it is DELL for God sake!
The goods were delivered to me quickly and securely packaged.

I have to admit that I was initially a bit hesitant about purchasing a refurbished computer online from overseas—especially considering the cost involved. However, my experience with Rugged Books turned out to be very positive overall.
The device arrived in excellent condition and matched my expectations in terms of quality. The packaging was careful and secure, and the shipping was punctual and well handled throughout the process.
I also appreciated the ability to customize the order, which made it possible to configure the machine according to my needs. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be providing slightly more detailed information about the battery specifications.
That said, the overall experience was very good, and I am satisfied with the purchase.

I found the ordering process fairly simple, the responses back were quick. I like the Panasonic CF31 computer for its durability and options that are not always available in other laptops (ie: DVD/CD player).

There is no better place to shop for high-quality electronics. The level of service and the team at Rugged are outstanding.

My first experience with Rugged Books was a test, I purchased one of the least expensive items on their site, an old refurb getac v110 g4 for my brother who works a rough and dirty blue collar job, the kind that has him buying a new phone every other month.
He has absolutely loved the laptop so far, and it's survived so that speaks for itself!
The prices on Rugged Books are very competitive, you can maybe find some of the upgrades for less, but for the time you'll spend, it's easier to pay a little more and just have it show up ready to go.
I only ordered a soft handle and screen protector... the screen protector had a few tiny bubbles, but I'd give it a 95% positive... the handle is a little flimsy with it's connectors but that's not rugged books fault. However the tiny screws used to fasten the handle were slightly wallowed and one had its threads a little crossed. Those things are a pain to get just right and if you're using power tools, it can easily damage them. Still, 90% for that part.
I only know this because I was so pleased with the v110g4 that I bought a v110g6 for myself not even a week later! and swapped out the handle. Screen protector though? It's not easy finding one that fits this size of screen! So again, definitely would have been worth the price to have Rugged Books send it already done. Oh! The batteries on the g4 were great, despite being used with a warning they may not hold charge. The g6 loses charge quite a bit faster. I can't speak to the quality of the chinese knockoff batts but they cost half of the OEM ones sold by Rugged Books. Just an option if you end up with lifeless batts after gambling on the used ones to save money. Rugged Books had decently fast shipping, not Amazon speed but that's fine. It arrived well packaged through DHL Express, the first time I've ever used them before, and I have nothing bad to say about that!! That's about all I can think to say at this point. I'm a happy customer. Maybe I'll be mad if they break in less than a year, but as far as Rugged Books goes, it's a legit business with competitive prices and I'd use them again!

This company had my toughbook built and delivered before the date of delivery. Prompt service and a good quality build. I have been using this for a few days now and am pleased with the way it works for programming cars. I will definitely use them again.

I called and talked to someone and emailed what I was looking for. He said he would look at my email and get back to me the next day. After a week I still hadn’t received anything from this person. I emailed him but still no answer. Customer service is NOT a strong part of your business.

The laptop and the shiping was wonderful, but 260$ extra for à new battery I thought I would have goten the used battery to.

The selection was amazing and the laptop felt brand new! These will be fantastic for field personnel. We are constantly in 120-150 degree attic and this laptop has withstood the temperature and durability we need! Only wish they restocked more often as I would like to get some more for some other employees.
