Perfect service, fast, and of a very high quality

Rugmaster did an outstanding job of cleaning and repairing some beautiful but sadly very moth-eaten vintage Moroccan rugs - so extraordinarily fine was the restoration that I couldn’t find where the multiple holes had been repaired.
Expensive - but worth every penny to have these old beauties brought back to life. Repair and not buy new - made total sense.

I had 3 Golden Afghan rugs and two runners in a rather sorry state. Sam came and collected them and we then discussed with me once they had been cleaned, options for repairing them. My budget didn't quite stretch to full repairs (intricate, time consuming and skilled work involving getting them on a loom). But new fringes and sides have stabilised them and alongside the cleaning - they look great.
The team were efficient and Sam returned the rugs back to me as part of the service.

Rugmaster cleaned our modern rug from The Rug Company and we are more than happy with the result and the experience as a whole.
I submitted my details on the website and had a call from Rugmaster the same day. I was given a quote and the rug was collected from our home the following day. A week later we have a rug that looks like new. The colours are bright, all dirt and stains are gone and the rug feels and smells clean. I honestly didn't think it would be such a good result. We have had the rug cleaned before by someone coming to the home with a steamer. We were told the dirt and stains couldn't be removed. To see the rug in such a pristine condition is a true joy! I highly recommend Rugmaster if you are thinking of having your rug cleaned properly.

Our old Kazak rug was in a very poor state, but Rugmaster have given it a kiss of life. They cleaned, dust removed and moth proofed it.They also secured the fringes and repaired the moth areas and reweaved the holes.Rugmaster are very professional,have great experience and knowledge of their trade. I found the service from rugmaster efficient and professional . Following an email enquiry from me I was telephoned by one of their team for further details . Throughout the repair process of my rug I was kept informed and given a time frame to expect it to be returned .My only criticism would be that the initial quote was by telephone and a long way off the final price . The final price was in keeping with a quote I had had from another company , so I figured it was more realistic than the initial estimate .

They did an amazing job repairing my 50 year old Kilim rug. This was a family rug passed down from generations and is extremely valued in my family. They repaired the damaged fringes and cleaned it. RugMaster.uk is an excellent company that I will defiantly use again.

Excellent service. Well worth both the cost and wait for my 3 rugs to be cleaned and repaired. The repair is practically invisible and looks as good as new.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable about Persian and Oriental carpets. They put effort into having a huge variety of rugs and they were able to give us detailed information about each one. I highly recommend this store.

Great service from start to finish keeping us posted at every stage. Our 10 year old Persian rug Previously had a hole the size of my palm and, now repaired, this is undetectable. In addition the co re-fringed the rug and gave it a darn good clean.
As a result, I’m pleased to say it’s Transformed the rug and is almost as good as new again. Would def recommend this company.

Sent in my rug to repair the fringe on both sides and have it cleaned. One side was repaired well and the colour match of the fringe was very close. The other side had been secured. I am pleased with it and it is a nice touch that a valuation certificate is also provided on request. I was kept fully informed all the way through the process and it only took a couple of weeks. I would recommend them.

The rug I received was beautiful. Although I was disappointed with the non delivery of the second rug. I got an email saying it was no longer in stock and I would be refunded. I was promptly refunded. so happy with the overall experience. I would order from them again.
