Love my rug! And boy that was quick. I’ll be going back to look for another one. For sure tell my friends.

This is the second rug that I have purchased. I find them to be high quality with an affordable price.

Rug Pal probably has the best selection of rugs on the internet. I purchased two 100% wool rugs and they are excellent. Great design and color. The rugs are very well made and substantial. The order process is very smooth and easy. They have a generous return policy, as well. I received the rugs in five days and they were nicely packaged. If you are looking for rugs, you have to check out Rug Pal.

Ordering process was easy. I had a live chat with a rep a few days after placing my order to check on the status and it was a very pleasurable experience with excellent follow-up.

The color is rich and the material is such that is will not get flat or matted over time. Very happy.

The website is so easy to use and pictures are all so clear and can be enlarged for details.
I'm thrilled to have found this website.i loom forward to furnishing my home using Rugpal.

Very happy with service. Will order again with them.

I thought rugpal had a great selection of rugs at a fair and comparable price to other online sites. I was pleased with the ease of ordering my rug and the quick response time letting me know my item was on the way. (Less than two days) I can’t wait to receive it and see if I love it as much as I did the picture of it.

I received my rug quickly. Communication was great. Item was just as described.

Tracking information sent three days after delivery. Requested signature upon delivery because we are not currently living at this residence and planned on being there the day it was to be delivered.
Rug sat on front porch for two days one of which it was raining.
Still don't have rug pad and have no idea where it is.

Great prices, quick shipping. Pleasure to do business with!

I was searching for a particular rug for use in the kitchen and a matching runner. I found both rugs on RugPal at a very reasonable price. The website was easy to use, I got immediate confirmation of my purchase, and it was shipped within 48 hours.

Although the rug didn't match (no fault of rug pals). When dealing with customer service they were great. Very thorough and professional.
