RugPal Reviews

Ordering was easy and free shipping was great! Outstanding service!

The color DID NOT match the pictures on Amazon. I requested a return and they charged $15.00 to return the rug. The rug arrived at their facility on 8-16-17 and I had to ask where my refund was on 8-21-17. The rug was unopened and in a clear plastic package. I was told they needed to inspect it and that caused the delay???? Really? What if I did not follow up, would I have ever received a refund?

The rug was a gift and the receiver absolutely loves it. It was sent earlier than expected and I'm super happy! Thank you for keeping it easy and simple!

Although it took a couple of phone calls, the company was willing to work with me to return a rug (which was the wrong color) and order a new one (which worked out well).

Very easy to find what I wanted and a simple check out process.

Excellent customer service. I reached out to them regarding a promotion, and they set up the online order for me. The rug was very quick to ship. The only hiccup was that I had to reach out to them to inquire about the shipping status of my free rug pad, as it did not arrive with the rug. The rug pad shipped the next day. Overall, great company and service. I would recommend RugPal.

Really really fast delivery!!! Wonderful rug!!! Loved it!

I am a return customer. No reservations...I highly recommend.

Looking for area rugs at different sites before I found this one via Amazon. Saw that RugPal was the shipper for the particular sizes on back order at other different places, so I went to their website to see if they them in stock. They were, and at the same price, and even offered a 15% discount.

You do not give me a way to track my order and I would like to no ware it is and when it well be deliverd

Easy transaction, quick shipping!

Knew the three rugs I wanted and was shopping online to see where I could find the best deal. Enter RugPal! I placed my order and got immediate confirmation. The rugs arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It was an easy and very satisfactory experience and I would go to RugPal first for any future rugs I need!

Had no problem ordering and received the shipment ok. Liked the quality of the chair pads I ordered.

This was my third rug purchase from rugpal.com and I will definitely be ordering again in the future. There are always great sales and the shipping is very fast! I've already recommended rugpal.com to my friends and family.

RugPal did not have the rug we ordered in stock. Customer service was on top of it and assured me that that the stock was being replenished. I noted that we were moving. Customer service took down the new address for when the shipment would come in. Took away a star because they still sent it to the original address. Luckily, it arrived much earlier than we anticipated. Customer service was always proactive and friendly.

The rug looks exactly as pictured. It is very good quality and feels great under foot. We love it!

Much appreciated! High quality material and super fast delivery. Just what I was looking for...I will be a return customer and referrer.

I found the best price. Shipping was fast. The office was closed when I tried to ask a question, so I left a message---AND my call was returned the next day! Thrilled with my purchase.

Beautiful rug! Fast delivery!
