I have been ordering carpets from this company for a few years. There were some shipping challenges but with time I would get the carpets. The quality of the carpets and the prices are not in question, both are great.
The company fails in following through and up with customers. They don't call back when they say they will nor do they listen to feedback and take the customer's suggestions into consideration. They apologize a lot yet don't fix the issues.

I placed an order for several carpets on September 5, 2023 and received all of them except one 7X10 Carrington carpet and the 7X10 performance pad. I called them to let them know that FEDEX shipped it up to Edmonton and then for some reason stopped there (I live in the Yukon) and returned both to South Carolina where it originated from. This happened 4 TIMES, meaning they would apologize, tell me that they would track it, and then I would have to call when I saw the oder being turned around in Edmonton or Winnepeg. Every single time I had to be the one calling and following up with them. I made several suggestions to them and they did not follow up on any of them.

I am done dealing with them. If you live somewhere straight forward where FEDEX delivers, go for it, order from them because the prices are good and so are the quality of their carpets. BUT, if you live in Yukon, on any place that is not a major city with FEDEX door delivery, you may run into the same issue that I just had. There is no reason for this.

Their website should have it clearly stated that while they sell the Canadians, all territories are excluded due to shipping issues.

I forgot to check reviews before ordering a rug from this company. I was alarmed and wanted to cancel when I saw the bad reviews, but it was too late. I'm glad, though, because my rug arrived today and it's beautiful. It's exactly as pictured and described on the website. It arrived very quickly too. Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered a rug with them but the colors didn't look like the website picture so it clashed. They have a return policy that you can send the rug back within 30 days for a refund. What they DON'T tell you is that you have to pay to ship it back and rugs are heavy so it's really expensive. My refund would have been $42 on a $300 rug

Deplorable experience. I bought a rug that came clearly damaged and in much worse condition than what the website showed. Upon contacting them for a refund, even with many pictures and evidence that I sent the same day my rug was delivered (saw them as soon as I opened it), they just told me I knew what I was getting. I sent side by side pictures via email and they just ignored that, and never gave me a full refund. Don’t make the same mistake as I did and don’t risk it

Rugs.ca has to date not honoured the store credit promised for a $600 defective rug despite multiple emails.

I purchased two runners from Rugs.ca about 6 months ago. Until today I'd been pleased. They were attractive, and have held up well so far.

They were sold as "machine washable", but I never got around to actually washing them until today. Sad to say, even on cold water wash, hang dry, the rugs shrank. Not sure as to the overall length, but the width shrank by roughly an inch.

I likely won't purchase from this company again.

Bought this rug in September 2022, and has been very disappointed with the color and shades. Does not match the pictures as shown in this page and shipping fee using their fedex account for return is $200 back to their US warehouse. So we will be losing 200$ for the shipping fee, just because their images and description doesn't fit properly.

i ordered a 9x12 $600 rug from these people because they had a 30 day return policy they promote
the rug came it was not what i expected and now they want 290canadian to ship it back!

that or they give me a small credit and i keep a rug i don’t want

total rip off

the site says they deliver to canada and they have a canadian domain - .ca but clearly it’s a us company and i am to ship it back to the usa which explains a the insane shipping charge

do not buy from this company unless you want to lose $300 for something you do not want

never again will i buy online from anyone but wayfair or amazon
