I ordered a wheel that came quickly. It was not a match so requested a return that was accepted and processed in a reasonable time.

As per our standard procedure, you should have received an email notification containing the tracking details once your order was packed and ready to ship. Upon checking your order, I can confirm that the tracking information was indeed sent to you.
However, it appears that there might be a delay with this particular shipment. While international shipments typically take up to two weeks to arrive, your package en route to Dubai seems to be experiencing a longer transit time than usual.
Please rest assured that I am actively looking into this matter and will do my utmost to chase up the shipment and provide you with any necessary updates. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this situation.

Antwoord van Ruk Bikes
Hi David, I can only apologise for this. We did apologise at the time and quickly rectified the error. I think the fault was down to me reading the tooth count incorrectly. I picked a 38T chainring instead of a 36T. I think I read it wrong on the label, I plan to get some reading glasses but have been putting off for a while now. It won't happen again!
Good prices quick delivery
Cheapest price for the chain I wanted and super quick delivery

Received excellent customer service.
Received excellent customer service. I discovered the sprocket I had ordered was incorrect due to me ordering the wrong size. I was very pleased that a return could be made and that the correct size was sent out immediately. No bother.
