I downloaded the ruledme 14 day plan and made a donation. The recipes are first and foremost delicious. Second I lost 11lbs of keto regain in the first week. I can’t even fathom it really, I am so pleased. I decided to subscribe to their adaptable meal plans and I’m so excited to be on nearly year 4 of my keto journey. I read the blog for the last four years and I am so glad I took the plunge - they really understand macros, tweaking calories and managing electrolytes.

The app was helpful and Craig helped me navigate it.

This app is a MUST for people who are new to KETO. Really helped me learn appropriate ingredient ratios for my specific goal and body size. I was looking for a quicker way to keep track of macros and calories because of my hectic life. Don’t hesitate to contact the program designer as he is very kind and knowledgeable. That was a big added perk to the membership and kept me from giving up due to confusion/ frustration.

I asked for a refund after a renew subscription came in after 2 months of not using the app. I cancelled and sent a refund message right away. I got a refund.

Regarding the app I did diet for one month and lost 8 lbs. it was easy for me to select the recipes and follow them

Really intuitive and easy to use. They've done all the work for you, they've listed all the recipes that fit exactly into your macros with photos of step-by-step guide on how to cook your food. Its so easy, delicious, and fun.

The customer support when I've used them is quick reply as well. The customer service rep explains everything so that its easy to understand, whether that be questions on how to use the app, settings questions, or recipes.

Ruled.Me is a great site for recipes, tips and support. They are fabulous recipes, no one is gonna know that this is diet food.

Ruled.me is such a great resource for me to find fantastic recepies that helps me keep to a nutritional plan that helps me lose weight and feel great. Kudos!

When we first started Keto, Ruled.Me was the website that helped us with learning what Keto was about, gave us GREAT recipes and more.

I joined several years ago for a small donation and I’m still receiving and have access to helpful information. Although I don’t follow the keto diet 100% (I do my own version with more fruits and veggies) I still love receiving low carb recipes!

Ruled.Me is my go to for delicious, easy to prepare Keto meals. The recipes have beautiful photographs to use as you follow along to make the dish. The recipes use ingredients that are easy to find in any supermarket. I also appreciate the fact the website does NOT have multiple ads that pop out as I try locate the recipe. Ruled.Me is a great site for REAL Keto recipes.

I started the keto diet Oct 2018. I started from ruled.me on Pinterest. There I found all the info I needed to get started, continue, and follow thru to a way of eating lifestyle change. It was such a relief to find concise and comprehensive information in one place! The doctor had phoned my husband to say ‘get on the Keto diet’, with no further information! Now it is my only go-to for recipes because I can depend on the recipe to truly BE keto. Thanks so much for all the help and really delicious food ideas! You rock!

I have used multiple recipes from Craig @ Ruled.Me and every one was delicious, affordable and simple to create. I tend to get (deliberately) lost while I look through his countless recipes, drooling all the while.

Just found this website while watching you tube videos about keto. Have made several recipes and have loved them all. I especially like watching the videos about making the recipes. Thanks so much for all the info and recipes.

I am new to this site. I have done 1 recipe and both my husband and I loved it. I have been finding it very difficult to find low carb and sugar dishes that have lots of flavour. Have printed several others that I can't wait to try.
