High quality products and i love the chalk

I recently got a chalk bucket and magdust superdry chalk on Rungne website. The chalk bucket is top tier, built to last, awesome conception, with climber in mind. Well worth the $ spent. The chalk is, well, next level... keeps the hands dry and stays on. The order shipped from EU to Canada so quick! It was less than 5 business days (I did not expect that fast!). I had a small issue with my order and customer service was effective and they took care of me like an old friend (for real! Im not joking!). Overall, super stoked about the products and buying experience.

Very quick delivery time (for what I'm used to) and amazing products! The Harness pants are amazingly, thin, light, flexible and comfy. The shirts are also very high quality and also very comfy.

Rungne has quickly become one of my favorite climbing gear companies. Their products are genuinely high-quality — from chalk to accessories — and everything feels like it’s designed by people who actually climb. The gear performs exactly how you want it to: reliable, durable, and comfortable.

What really sets Rungne apart, though, is their customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to respond and super friendly. They actually take the time to make things right, which you don’t see from every company.

Overall, Rungne just gets it. Great products, great people, and a company I’m happy to support. Highly recommend to any climber.

Products are ao good and great quality. They often do sales tho. Have not order their Magdust, but will do it in the future.
Maybe the low stock is the only thing that is bit frustrating.

For 5 stars I would need to see different options for delivery couriers. UPS is scummy and out of principle I try to avoid them at all times.

If you receive home delivery, expect them to "fail to deliver".

Nice webiste easy to use.

I tested the Primate Paradigm Tee yesterday and honestly… it’s perfect.
The quality is incredible, super comfortable, and it feels great when climbing — it moves with you, not against you.

Customer service was impeccable and the products are awsome!

By the time you go bouldering with Magdust Chalk for the first time, you will notice that there are huge differences when it comes to chalk. I don't want to use any other chalk anymore.
The boulder bag is also unique. Whether it's feel, function or stability on the mat, everything seems very well thought out.
Only when it comes to delivery, I would prefer it if other delivery services could also be selected (for example DHL).
I'm reluctant to order something if it's delivered by UPS. Too many negative experiences.
However, everything from Rungne has arrived so far.
I would still happily recommend it.

The Harness Utility pants are great and the promotion for a free bag of chalk was very generous. Shipping was fast and convenient. I got the pants on sale, full price is maybe a bit high but this isn’t a giant retailer so it is understandable.

The Highballer pants were quite an interesting pair. They looked pretty nice, so I’d feel comfortable wearing them outside. They’re stretchy and comfortable for climbing. As for the “feels like wearing nothing” claim from one of their ads — I wouldn’t personally say that :).

I’d recommend them to most climbers, but I did have one personal issue when it came to refunding: they were too short for me. I’m 193 cm and tried the pants in XL, which ended up being too short overall. The inseam was comfortable, even though the pants were technically one size too small. So if you’re on the taller side, you have to go for another pant — unless Rungne starts selling a size L Tall.

The customer service, though, was amazing. The refund process was automatic and quick, so no complaints there. When I emailed them, they replied the same day to my first message, and almost instantly to the following ones.

I really hope someone at Rungne, or maybe even Magnus himself, sees this review — it’d be great if they made a tall version of these pants :)

Edit: The harness pants are longer than the highballer. Those fit pretty well in xl :)))). Would still love a pair of the highballers

The pants are really comfy and stretchy. Also look good so you can wear them while outside. Id recommend them to most climbers, but not people who are on the taller side. Id say with a rule of thumb that the pants will be too short. I myself am 194cm and the pants were too short and I wish they fit. Hopefully rungne will make a size called L tall 0_0.

The price is high and customs are whole another story, but quality comes at a cost, and I respect that. I hope they stay on the high end of that scale and keep up the good work.
