it was a great 10k running event , the staff where very helpful.

The most unhelpful people I think I have ever come across!!

Nearly 5 weeks ago the Nottingham run was cancelled due to travellers moving on the site. As I had a training plan I asked for a refund for myself and a friend that I entered. Now fast forward 4 weeks when it was agreed I am still yet to see my refund.

People take 2/3 days to reply to me emails. I was told 10-14 days which it shouldn’t take to do a refund anyway, but that was 7th September they agreed my refund!

Honestly don’t think I’ll be going through these guys again if this is the poor service I’m receiving.

Can someone please just give me my refund!!

Great set up and lots of options of running but personally my opinion is prices are a little high for an event ,
I had an injury before an event which cost me close to 90 pounds and to defer to another event a lot less in price they still want money to defer , which is a bit harsh really, injuries or sickness should free defer really just my opinion.
Yes I know logistics costs and staff ect but work out how much is made per event on how many runners on it it’s some dish there

Another well organised event, the best I’ve been to so far, a number of different races taking place, standard 5k, relay 5k and a 10k. It was clearly evident a lot of planning had been done to get us all informed and off at the correct time.
There were different registration points for each race making it easy to sign in and getting ready for start time.
The course was well laid out with the stewards giving additional direction on the course as well as encouraging all runners.
A great location for the event with easy access and plenty of parking. I am aware of alternative travel options but driving is the best for me.
Looking forward to another event soon.

Did the half-marathon at Henley; organisation was excellent, a varied and challenging course, lots of stewards, and friendly atmosphere

Great experience with RunThrough. I ran for the first time at the Warrington Running Festival - everything was so organised and made my experience so much more enjoyable.

The whole event was wonderful. Great organisation and plentiful goodies at the finish. I cannot recommend RunThrough highly enough. Looking forward to next Sunday at Aintree.

Ordered a personalised tag after completing a 10k race for my daughter. Item never received. I have tried contacting this company many times with no answer. Avoid purchasing anything from this company. Terrible customer service.

Loved the Altrincham race! Two years taken part in it. Will do it again next year.

I did the Philadelphia Labor day 10 mile run . It was a great event great location well organized I plan on doing it again next year

I have participated in numerous Run Through Events and I can truly say they are superb. Every event I have attended has been well organised and the staff are helpful and full of enthusiasm. I would encourage anyone to take part in one of their events as the sense of achievement having completed an event is excellent.

I have been participating in the Warrington Running Festival since 2023. It has been a wonderful experience. RunThrough events are really good, excellent support on the road, and well-managed. Happy to get a beautiful medal to keep the memories. Well done, team RunThrough :)

I took part in the RunThrough Lulworth Cove 55K and, overall, it was a challenging and enjoyable event.

The route itself was fantastic but definitely tough, with some great scenery and plenty of challenging sections. Unfortunately, the route marking could have been much better, with a few areas where it wasn’t clear which way to go. This took away from the experience at times and made navigation more difficult than it needed to be.

The aid stations were another area that could be improved. The selection of snacks and refreshments was fairly poor for a 55K, and I felt there could have been a much better variety of fuel available for runners tackling a long and demanding course.

On the positive side, the staff and volunteers were brilliant. Everyone was friendly, encouraging and helpful throughout, which really made a difference, especially during the tougher sections.

Overall, a challenging and scenic 55K with great staff, but better route marking and a more substantial selection at the aid stations would make this a much stronger event.

At the weekend, I ran the Cheshire half marathon in Macclesfield. My mum was a spectator. At about mile 11, we were running down a narrow country lane where a man had passed out. There were people surrounding him including a marshal. My mum was close by and it apparently took the ambulance over 40minutes to get to the location. The ambulance driver arrived with no information, asking my mum if “someone had gone down.” He also said he hoped they hadn’t died as it would create a lot of paper work. This level of safety and lack of communication is just not acceptable when you’re encouraging people to run such distances (and making a profit from it). I barely saw any marshals out on the remote course.

I really hope the man who passed out was ok (I’d be grateful for any info). I’m not writing this message to pull down Run Through, but I really hope a serious refocus is put on participant safety and things improve. This is just not ok.

I’d booked to do the chase the sun tatton park 10k race for August 19th in march this year. I’d received confirmation email of the event. Fast forward to a week before the race and I was double checking the details of the race. This is when I notice that August 19th isn’t a date for a race. I try to check different sources and it looks like the race was moved to the 2nd September. However, I had received no communication from RunThrough regarding this. I couldn’t do this new date so I requested a refund. Now it has been weeks of them promising the request has been sent it just needs to be approved. I don’t believe that it has actually been sent, which is why they keep delaying any sort of real response. What an absolute joke of an organisation. They have took my money but won’t give it back. Their customer service is shocking and I will never book anything with them again.

Thorpe Park 10k - what you great event. Easy parking, decent toilets, a welcoming team in the hub and an efficient bag drop. It's a well organised, two lap route around the park and the service road. Plenty of cheerful volunteers and marshals. AND you get to go into the park afterwards if you want too. Thank to all the volunteers and crew for putting on a great event.
