This was my 3rd time to see Dr Rushapol. I originally met him in Phuket as I was recommended to him for facial feminization. That was about 8/9 years ago. I really wanted to see Dr Rushapol again as I had lost confidence in my appearance post Covid. We initially had a video call and agreed on lower eyelid and a temporal lift but after the in person consultation the doctor felt I needed a few extra procedures to ensure a good result and keep my face balanced. In the end I ended up adding the extra procedures as I totally trust his expertise and I know it sounds cliche but I won’t let any other doctor touch my face. I am just over 2 weeks post surgery and I already think the results are amazing and my confidence has been totally restored. The experience overall was great but one thing that stood out was the kindness of the nurses. I distinctly remember when I was still groggy from the anesthesia the nurse was sleeping on the couch in my room to make sure all was well. Post op the nurse cleaned the area and I had light therapy to help with the healing. I would like to see the doctor again in 3/4 months for a deep plane face and neck lift. I highly recommend Dr Rushapol and am so glad I found him all those years ago

I highly recommend Dr. Dominic (Dr. Rushapol Sdawat) in Bangkok, Thailand, operating through Med Sanctuary at Intrarat Hospital, located about 20 minutes from Bangkok’s airport.

Dr. Dominic was exceptionally caring. He personally provided me with his private contact information and encouraged me to reach out anytime with questions or concerns, which gave me tremendous peace of mind throughout the process. He made sure I understood every step of the surgery and recovery and never made me feel rushed. Having undergone plastic surgery several times in the United States, this level of accessibility and follow-up care was something I had never experienced before.

What impressed me most was how willing the entire team was to go above and beyond. During my recovery, the staff helped wash and blow-dry my hair, something that may seem small but made a huge difference in my comfort and confidence while healing. They also included red light therapy treatments as part of my post-operative care to help accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, and minimize the appearance of scars. These thoughtful touches made me feel genuinely cared for as a patient rather than just another case.

The nursing care was truly outstanding—the best I have ever received. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Their attentiveness, encouragement, and support made a tremendous difference in my recovery and overall experience.

In my experience, many cosmetic surgery practices in the United States focus on getting patients in and out quickly, with limited follow-up afterward. My experience with Dr. Dominic, Med Sanctuary, and Intrarat Hospital was completely different. The level of personal attention, communication, and aftercare far exceeded my expectations.
