Visited Russell Dean Furniture in Mytholmroyd looking to purchase a sofa and chairs. Was greeted by Laura who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

We found a sofa we liked but I needed a petite chair to accommodate my short legs!

She showed us a number in store and then suggested that as we had chosen a sofa which was manufactured locality by Vale-Bridgecraft we should visit their showroom (2 minute walk away) as they had some additional petite chairs.

Laura even rang Vale-Bridgecraft to explain our requirements. Found exactly the chairs I needed, they could be upholstered in the same fabrics as the sofa and even the chair legs could be stained to the same colour. Customer Service at Vale Bridgecraft was excellent as well.

I have never experienced such impressive customer service. Laura couldn't have been more helpful, attentive but no hard sell just really informative advice. Went through ever detail of the order and provided a copy and then this was confirmed via email the next day.

Laura made Russell Dean Furniture the most customer focused company I have ever bought from and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you Laura for going above and beyond.

We visited Russell Dean looking for a new suite, following a recommendation.
Laura was very helpful, showing us various options and arranged some fabric samples to be sent to us.
There was a wide choice of sofas which was great for us having struggled elsewhere.
We returned to order the furniture and she was again very attentive and made the experience very enjoyable.

We were made to feel very welcome and given time to make our choice. Troy Rogona was very helpful and answered all our questions.

We recently visited Russell Dean as we had decided that we wanted to purchase a double recliner sofa, in leather.
When we arrived we were directed to the correct floor and were able to wander around undisturbed. Once we had looked at some sofas we approached the sales assistant, Laura, to ask for her help. She listened patiently to what we were looking for and then pointed us towards sofas that matched our requirements. She then left us alone to have a look at them and only returned when we asked her. She then went on to show us how the recliner worked and made sure that we felt comfortable with it. She then took time to chat with us and discuss colours and availability. She offered us coffee whilst we were considering things and, once we had decided that we wanted to go ahead she invited us to join her at her desk. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable and at no time did we feel pressured in any way. She wrapped up the transaction without fuss and fully explained about lead times and the delivery procedure.
To sum up, an overall relaxing experience made better by Laura’s pleasant personality.

After numerous visits to both Russell Dean & a couple of their Lancs. counterparts, each time we'd visited this store, we constantly felt drawn back to their excellent, 'no pressure' and patient service. All staff at the Russell Dean store were a pleasure to talk to of our needs, sharing their knowledge without adding any pressure to 'make a sale'! Troy, who we did put our order through just before Christmas, has still remained in regular communication, as we await the delivery of our new lounge furniture, full of anticipation of quality goods, backed by an A1 sales & after-sales service! Big thanks to Troy & all at Russell Dean!👏 We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you for 5***** service!

Fantastic store, could hardly choose a suite with all the choice. Very well laid out easy to navigate and great staff. We spent two hours there, and were helped in many ways by Samantha, whose knowledge of the products was impressive. We were left alone when choosing and discussing but when we went to Samantha, she was ready to help again, never pushy with a friendly manner. It was great service and we have already decided to return and buy dining room chairs, and we shall look for Samantha again. I cannot overstate what a great furniture store it is.

We recently visited Russel Dean for the first time, we were so surprised by the size of the showroom, the choice available and the friendly staff, particularly Troy who was so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The customer service Troy delivered was excellent and I would highly recommend a visit.

We'd had already short listed Stressless chairs but wanted to see more colourways 'in the flesh' after visiting local retailers with limited stock. After a cheerful welcoming Laura explained more functions than we had been told before and left us aloe, with a coffee, to mull over the selection process. Her knowledge was impressive and nothing was too much trouble. We had some building work to do and she explained they could wait until we were ready and even hold delivery if necessary. A colour swatch is on its way to us for future use too. Well worth the journey from Bingley and very happy with our choice, Thank you so much Laura!
