I used R&R when selling my house and buying a new one. The first bit of the process was great, things were moving well.

A couple of months in the solicitor dealing with my case went on holiday for a couple of weeks during a crucial time of my process. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but my case wasn’t passed on to anyone else unless I pestered via email.

After about a month of radio silence, things got moving again and R&R were more than proactive in keeping things moving and chasing up. I think had the case have been handed over to someone else during the AL of my solicitor, things would have progressed quicker.

I think 3/5 is a fair representation of how my house move went.

Our house buying experience was inarguably touch. Delays and complications kept arising, and the vendors solicitors were horrid. HOWEVER, Russell and Russell, more specifically Zoe, Victoria and Claire were OUTSTANDING. Always keeping me informed, constantly chasing things up until we got the win.
