GD property solicitors helped me with a property I purchased at auction, we had 28 days to complete. The solicitor that was appointed to me Nivies was excellent, actively contacting me to get forms done and always available when I needed her and because of this we finished before the deadline. We are at the top of a chain of only 3. They are at the bottom. What should have been a very simple & quick process has been held up for months causing my mother who is 99, untold distress. Maybe you'll save a few £ but it's really not worth it. Don't. It is now 4 months later.

We were working to a very tight time scale to complete our house sale . Our solicitor Hosai Sadiq was fantastic she worked so hard to make sure we completed on time. You could not wish for any better service she was brilliant

I don't normally do reviews unless the circumstances are exceptionally good or exceptionally poor, but my experience with GD Property Solicitors was exceptionally good. Saydul had my back every step of the way when dealing with exceptionally poor solicitors called Optima. He was on the ball constantly for me. I definitely recommend this firm 100%.

Won the bit on a house in the auction with a 20 day contract to complete. Two weeks into the completion work the solicitor I was using decided that she couldn't do the work in time , she also claimed that it was the wrong type of loan from her. After looking desperately with very little time left, and being told by other solicitors that the time left was too short, I came across a firm called GD Property Solicitors, spoke to a lady called Shannon. Who, to my surprise said that they will take the work on. She then introduce me to Taimoor Afza (same co. GD Legal) who did a great job within the time frame. it was hard to believe , but he pulled all the stops and we were able to complete without any extra charges. Great job.

Excellent communication. Abdul was responsive throughout the process and was always very quick to follow up with any quieres or concerns. The app sped up the process and I managed to move house incredibly quickly, thanks to Abdul and GD Solicitors.

As first-time buyers, we chose GD Property Solicitors hoping for professional guidance, regular updates and prompt communication. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

Our initial conversation with Lewis, the manager, was excellent and gave us a very good impression. Sadly, the service after that was completely different.
Our case handler, Taimoor, regularly took days to respond to emails, leaving us unsure whether anyone was actually dealing with our case.
When we reached the stage of searches, we noticed several incorrect details in the documents, including the seller’s details, the solicitors’ details and even the case handler’s name. We emailed on 1 July asking for clarification, followed up on 6 July and again after receiving no response. Taimoor eventually replied five days later, saying he was unable to confirm why there were discrepancies.
At the same time, we were told by the estate agent that GD Property Solicitors had said our purchase was on hold because we had not paid for the searches. We were perfectly willing to pay, but our solicitors had simply not been responding to our emails or answering our questions.
What was particularly frustrating was that we managed to clarify the discrepancies ourselves with a few phone calls. It was not a complicated issue, and it felt as though no real effort had been made to investigate it.
We therefore decided to withdraw and instruct another firm. GD’s response to our withdrawal came a week later and simply acknowledged our decision. There was no attempt to address our concerns or retain us as clients. They were, however, very quick to send us a £100 invoice for supposedly work carried out, which we strongly disputed.
Changing solicitors was the best decision we made. The difference has been enormous: our new solicitors respond promptly, provide regular updates, answer every question and investigate any concerns straight away. We finally feel supported and confident that our purchase is progressing properly.
Having experienced both firms during the same house purchase, the difference in client care and communication is impossible to ignore.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend GD Property Solicitors. For first-time buyers especially, clear communication and proper support are essential, and we simply did not receive that from this firm.

We worked with Abdul Iqbal with the sale of our house, and had an excellent experience. He made himself readily available to answer any (and many) queries we had over the phone and via email. And also went above and beyond to progress the case as quickly as possible despite hold ups from other parties. I’m not sure we would be in the house right now if we had anyone else. Thanks so much.

The solicitor Haroon that handled our convenyancy made the whole process so smooth for us and he is very prompt in dealing with our enquiries. The best convenyancy company I have ever dealt with, all because of Haroon's competency. I will recomend this company to anyone looking for convenyancy.
