Rustandoak Reviews

Simple ordering process, then didn’t wait long for product to arrive. Good communication throughout. Well packaged. Good quality product. Easy to assemble. And good value for money. Really pleased with the table and it looks lovely in my hallway.

A quick and easy process from point of order to delivery. Perfectly made, excellent quality. The tv stand looks amazing in my small room

Really happy with the product and service. We wanted a slightly different product than offered and Kristian was happy to accommodate our request. Delivery was ahead of schedule and it looks great - would happily use again and recommend

I recently purchased a dining table and bench set from Rust & Oak, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The craftsmanship is exceptional - you can immediately see and feel the quality in both the materials and construction. The pieces look absolutely stunning in my space.
What impressed me most was the outstanding value for money. For furniture of this caliber, the pricing is very reasonable compared to similar quality pieces elsewhere. Beyond the product itself, the customer service was exemplary. When my house completion date was unexpectedly delayed, the team was incredibly accommodating and agreed to store my furniture longer without any hassle.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality furniture backed by genuine customer service.

I ordered a desk shelf from Rust and Oak which I am really pleased with. The service was great - they customised my order without any hesitation and the shelf is great quality. Highly recommended.

I’m absolutely in love with my table from Rust & Oak. The craftsmanship is outstanding — it feels incredibly sturdy and well-made, with a gorgeous wood grain that adds warmth and character to the room. You can tell real care went into the materials and finishing. It blends rustic charm with a modern, minimalist look, and I’ve already received compliments from guests. It’s not just a piece of furniture — it feels like something that will last for years and get even better with time.

Ordered a table from rust and oak in a specific colour the table came no issues, decided we would also order shelves in the matching colour, shelves arrived in a completely different colour! Messaged the company (as they don’t have a phone number) very unhelpful reply defending their very confusing website! We are returning customers and choose the same colour we choose the last time we ordered, kristians response was that they use different products such as stain and wax and even though you can choose the same colour they are different in either oil form and wax form! On the order page none of this is explained! How people who don’t work at rust and oak or with wood are supposed to know this I don’t know? We are so
Disappointed in kristians attitude and replies to us offering absolutely no resolution whatsoever! Had to ask 4-5 times for the return information as well! We won’t ever be buying from rust and oak again! Also we have to pay to return the item as well! 👎🏻

I ordered my second piece from Rust and Oak - an office desk. Once again the communication with this company was great and the item was to a very high quality.

I purchased 2 narrow console tables and couldn't be happier. One fits over my radiator and the other sits on my landing with mirror above. They are well made and simple to assemble. Fiona

Great company to deal with. Responsive to emails and requests, fast deliver, lovely breakfast bar, easy to assemble, very good value! What more can I say😊

Ordered an office desk. The quality of the wood and the finish given is exactly what I wanted. It is a beautiful desk where the grain can be seen and appreciated whilst sitting at work. Communication for delivery was great, and the item came well packaged and undamaged.

Excellent quality product, which was even better than appeared in the pictures on the website. We had some damage on arrival, but the company took full ownership of the situation and replaced it immediately, without question.

It’s nice to have something unique and stand-out. It’s given us a lot of favourable comments from visitors. Highly recommended.

Delighted with my purchase and looks beautiful in my hall. I would highly recommend them

Excellent experience ordering from Rust and Oak. I first ordered the wood samples to make sure I chose the right colour, well worthwhile doing. I'm really pleased with my round dining table, it arrived within the timescales stated and was very easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.

“Perfect fit and beautifully made!”

Absolutely love our console table. It fits our hallway perfectly and looks even better in person. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the custom size made all the difference. Great service and a beautiful piece—highly recommend!

Excellent quality and tge perfect size, my family also were very impressed. I intend to buy 2 more.

Delivery was within the expected timeframe, and communication throughout was excellent! The table is absolutely beauitiful, incredibly solid. A stunning piece with great quality, very pleased!

The table, bench and shelves make such a difference to what was there before!

The product (console table) was very well made and screwed together easily. The finish of the wood and metal was spot on and looks very stylish.
The only issues were with the delivery company who three times failed to deliver the item and caused me no end of trauma trying to get things resolved. Thankfully Rust & Oak's customer service was equally as good as their product and they resolved the delivery problem for me.

Fantastic customer service and quality of product
