Called for a warranty on my cover and they said its only done by email, I tried the email and it was actually pretty quick, got my cover in 5 days of writing that email and following the steps. Only thing I would recommend is a phone warranty but other than that you guys have it nailed!

Bris sur la toile après seulement 1 mois. J'écris à la compagnie et on me répond que je peux réparer le trou et que si le problème s'aggrave, de leur écrire. À la fin de l'hiver, la toile était trouée de partout. Je leur écrit et ils me répondent qu'ils vont me la remplacer moyennant une somme de 160$ et on me réfère à leur politique concernant la fameuse garantie à vie à l'effet qu'après 6 mois, le remplacement n'est plus gratuit. 6 mois seulement et ils appellent cela une garantie à vie? Ils ont cessé de me répondre quand je leur ai dit que j'avais signalé le problème à l'intérieur du 6 mois. On m'a répondu en anglais alors que j'ai écrit en français. Bref, démarche avec la protection du consommateur en cours.

I bought a cover for my Honda Goldwing but less than a year its developed a hole. They advertised it so good that it can survive snow, rain, UV rays. It cannot service 6 months inside my garage and it get hole and they want $23/- for the warranty replacement. I paid $84 for this piece of junk and they are asking money again.

Its not worth even $15 as other user says its so thin and can develop hole at any time.

Scam artists.

We purchased a cover for our 24' RV last year. It barely lasted a year. The material was so thin that several holes developed from the cover rubbing against the RV during windy days. I taped up the holes, but eventually the cover consisted of more tape than material. Overpriced garbage... DO NOT BUY. You've been warned!

We bought the Gold Shield 5L - RV Cover for Class A RV 37' To 40' Feet Long. We paid more then $500. When the cover was installed, we discovered two rips in the seam. I put a patch on those rips, but the patches fell on the ground the next day. According to the helpdesk, I should have applied extra glue. However, this was not written in the manual.

The bands that are included to secure the cover are not good quality. After the first mild storm, the whole cover was shifted and was hanging on one side of the motorhome. The straps were loose, they didn't prevent the cover from moving in the wind. That's why I bought some bungee cords to hook in the three loops of the cover to pull it downwards and attach it to the motorhome. This stopped it from shifting sideways.

After that I noticed that rain got under the cover. After some heavy rain, the whole motorhome was wet under the cover. So that was another big disappointment. I think that a lot of water is coming through the venting holes. What's the point of having a cover when your motorhome doesn't stay dry in the rain??

Needless to say that we are not happy with this cover.

Purchased their highest quality cover for my 35 ft trailer. It did not last through one winter. Straps are stitched close to edges and do not hold. Four of the Straps broke free and the whole cover ripped right down the center. The whole thing was then lying on the ground around the trailer. Very poor design and craftsmanship.
We purchased this cover because their site states FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY. Once we contacted them and sent them pictures, we were informed that it is more of a prorated warranty. They informed us that we would have to pay $250 to get a replacement. This is NOT a full lifetime warranty as stated on their site. Buyer beware of this false advertisement and also their poor quality and craftsmanship. I strongly do not recommend their covers. If I could give them 0 stars I would, as this item does not deserve even one.

Can't yet comment on the product but I can say that they do not respect shipping timelines. They customer service is some of the worst I've seen.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from this company. They charged my credit card three weeks ago, yet my product has never shipped. I have received three different excuses: a ‘ongoing’ strike, they have damaged trailer covers, and now I have been told the item is out of stock. I have specifically asked support wether the item is out of stock, and I’ve been told that was not the case.

The absence of communication is unacceptable, especially after taking my payment. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and was given two delivery dates, both of which were not honored. While they are quick to respond when you’re placing an order, they become unresponsive when issues arise. They have fully ignored my compensation request.

I urge potential customers to steer clear of this company. Their poor service and lack of accountability are simply not worth it

Bought the wrong cover. Called and was told to measure trailer from front to rear ladder. Actually measured to the back bumper to be safe. Measured 35’. Was sent the “appropriate” cover only to find out it doesn’t fit either. They will not take it back without us paying another $175 to ship (already paid $540 for original cover then $175 to ship the new one). This company will not take responsibility for their cover not fitting. Also, very cheap fabric as we had a hole in it just trying to get it on the trailer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

After only one winter, the cover was worn beyond repair from just being exposed to the elements (snow, rain, wind). The thin material wore even thinner and eventually numerous holes developed in the cover.

After sending photos of the defective cover to RVcover.ca, I was advised that I qualified for a replacement cover (at a cost of $120). When I asked if the cover had been redesigned to better withstand the elements, they replied that the cover had been upgraded since my initial purchase. When I asked about the nature of the upgrades, they responded that the replacement cover would be the same as what I had initially purchased (???). So why would I pay $120 for a replacement cover that's only going to last one winter?
Spend the extra $ and get a better quality product!

We ordered a Cover for a 40 foot trailer. We saw "lifetime" guarantee. Then in the warranty section it isn't. 3 years and it is torn in some spots. They gave us a deal for a replacement. The same as anyone else. They want over $300.00 for a replacement.
