RV Trader Reviews

I cannot post a video because I do not have a Utube presence. I have a video I could download, but no other alternatives exist.
I have used the AI to write about my rv and I updated/adjusted as suggested and you published without my editing.

I paid for basic, I am being asked to pay again!
Can’t view my ad, every page is a 403 error! Please fix, contact me at (949) 298-0766, unable to add phone number to ad!

My experience with RV Trader was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Customer support was virtually nonexistent, the website was unnecessarily difficult to navigate, and obtaining even basic guidance proved frustrating. Despite reaching out for assistance, I never received a response.

The buying and selling process was equally confusing, with little explanation of how communication and coordination between buyers and sellers were supposed to work.

Overall, the platform was poorly designed, inadequately explained, and seriously lacking in customer service. Given the cost of placing a listing, I expected a far more professional and user-friendly experience.

I would not recommend RV Trader. The service simply does not justify the price.

RV Trader took my money and put it online and zero responses and zero follow up. They hype up the sale ability of your RV and insinuate RV will go fast. Don’t waste your time or money on this organization. There are better and cheaper alternatives. I should have done more research before moving forward with them.

Very hard to find ad after posting even using zip code as criteria.

Almost immediately, I started receiving scam inquiries.

Easy to install information

Easy and fast

My only difficulty was uploading photos.
It either crashed after only 5 photos or wouldn’t load at all
I need to upload more so will try again today
Thanks

It was easy to place my ad for my Motorhome. I looked at the site several times before I finally listed it. I was low balled by one RV dealer & I know RV Trader is better than selling at any dealer.

I edited the description and added a lot of extras that I installed in my trailer, but when I saved it the old IA description came back.

When I look at other ads on the same page, they all have my name and phoner number listet. Where does this come from? Check it out, that's a very bad mistake!

My experience with RV Trader has been extremely disappointing. Customer support was virtually nonexistent, the website was difficult to navigate, and getting answers about a vehicle report for my vintage camper with no VIN was frustrating. (I never received a response to my request for support). The buying process was equally unclear, with little transparency about buyer coordination. To make matters worse, the listing created the misleading impression that I would accept payments or carry a loan balance. Overall, the process was confusing, poorly explained, and lacking in basic customer service. Definitely not worth the costs of the listing.

So far it’s been good it is fairly easy to navigate had immediate response from RV dealers.

Seemed easy enough but now they need more information and it's a Friday so will have to wait until Monday to find out what else they need. All needed information should have been on the listing application. A little frustrating losing 2 whole days of listing.

RV Trader generates some decent leads for us sellers; however, their portal where buyers message you does not work 100% of the time. MANY times I could not respond to buyers -- which was the very thing I paid to do when using their site to sell my RV.

To add to matters, when I contacted customer service about this problem, they simply did not respond.

They should have fixed the issue and extended my ad longer for free -- seems how I was paying for a service for six months that I was not always able to use.

This is horrible customer service for sellers. It is flat-out TACKY to receive payment for a service you are not able to consistently provide... and then do nothing to fix things when a customer brings the problem to your attention.

Not impressed.

Straight forward interface. No guessing of what to do next. Now if my trailer sells I'll be ecstatic.

The website said there were $89 options however I could not find them. The only option I could find was $365. After paying that I did not see any way to post the pictures and the videos from my listing. Frustrating website.

Easy and helpful. Good phone conversation also.

Once I spoke with a representative, it was a smooth process, thanks for the help
