Great experience! I bid remotely and the communications with them were consistently excellent. Yes, final prices with added charges can appear a little steep but most auction rooms have, sometimes sharply, upped rates over the last few years and these, I think, are around average now. The items were carefully wrapped up and a good variety of postal options given (you can also choose your own). Photos and description on the website were accurate and thorough. Very happy with them and would happily use them again. Thank you so much for my lovely dinner service and for being patient with me and with all my questions too!

On the plus side , the auction is run very well and bidding is simple and easy , so 5 stars for that. The down side , watch out for the shipping cost , the best thing to do with this auctioneers is to call them and get a quote before you bid or you will be stung with up to 3 times the actual cost plus the VAT.

I recently sold my 1972 MG midget at RWB auctions. Will initially visited the house for info and photos and gave me a very fair reserve price he was knowledgeable and realistic about the car. The car sold above the reserve price which was fantastic all in all I am very pleased with the overall service from the auction house all the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional and I would recommend their sevices to anyone.

I was very pleased with the valuation of the goods I presented to the buyer.
I was given the cash immediately.

He was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful insight into life as an auctioneer and most importantly how to avoid falling victim to scammers , the pitfalls and risks associated with selling your treasures. Bidding by easy live, item collected later in the day, no problems paid and collected all over in 10 minutes.
Efficient service, as always, just remember to ensure you register vehicle licence number as soon as you arrive.

I was recommended to take my coins to RWB Auction house by a coin dealer. I followed his lead and met Gareth by appointment at RWB auction house, where we went through my coins and he gave me estimates for all my lots. All the work was completed by the auction house and it was a very successful auction.

I've had a few troubles with the new system. With your help and my better understanding of technology I have managed to even bid on line.
What bothers me a bit is I don't know if I will have register for every auction, or now I have registered will that be sufficient for all Easy Live auctions.

I went to a valuation day with some pieces and was very happy with how Gareth gave me a fair valuation and has taken the pieces to sell in the August Auction.

This is the first time I have sold at Auction, after taking some jewellery to a valuation day. I was pleasantly surprised that my unwanted jewellery received such a positive valuation. The whole process was extremely easy and the staff very helpful. I had five lots of jewellery in the auction and it all sold. I was kept informed pre and post sale, and the proceeds from the sales came through fairly quickly. So in all, a positive experience. I would recommend RWB Auctions to anyone that is looking to sell. Prices lower than estimated

used RWB to sell some jewelry, I found the whole process straight forward with good advice from the staff.
Items were sold at a slightly higher than valuation price so RWB were on target with their valuations

Selling was easy with RWB Auctions. They were so helpful and the fees were good value. Their estimates were fair - all my items sold and made above estimate.

Generally a very excellent experience. After winning my lot I had a few minor issues requesting a postal quote. Generally though the buyers premiums were clearly stated and the postal quote good. And my item was with me within three days.

RWB auctions have some really nice items for sale. I was interested in some lots in their sale on the 18th June 2025.
The main issue is the speed of the auctioneer, he's doing less than 60 lots an hour. Its painfully slow and such a waste of my time. 100 lots an hour should be the minimum. Some auctioneers do 180 lots/hour. 120/hour is typical.
This has really put me off from using them again.
Come on RWB, get a move on.
