My solicitor was Rachel Carmen the loviest lady I have ever met. Professional and caring and went above and beyond to help me. Now my case is settled I feel sad that I will probably never hear her comforting voice again.

This was the first time we had used these solicitors. We were recommended the name of a senior partner but got a junior member of the team. She seemed to think everything we needed was just too much trouble. Any requests were met with excuses as to why they hadn't been done. This was also by the senior partner when we went to them with a request to help our situation. Often, to have our phone call answered we would need to withhold our number!
We ended up only completing on our sale and purchase due to the considerable number of calls and emails we ourselves put in.
We have used many solicitors for conveyancing purposes before, but this was by far the worst experience ever, way more stressful than it needed to be.

Couldn’t recommend Nicole and her team, especially Lucy, enough! Helped every step of the way and ensured it all ran smoothly my end. So, so helpful for a first time buyer who knew nothing about what she was doing.

I instructed Roisin O’Dubhlaoidh to assist me with a claim for compensation following an accident at a property which was undergoing renovation. The accident occurred as a result of simple health and safety protocols not being followed. As a result, I sustained significant, life-changing injuries. Very very poor. I have used this firm a number of times and have always been very happy with them. This penultimate occasion has been quite dreadful. I, my brother and my new solicitor have been treated as if we were idiots. We have been repeatedly ignored on many occasions for over a year. It is only when I have stamped my feet, again repeatedly, to Senior Partners, that any dialogue has occurred. Obviously I will not be using this firm again, hence the new solicitor.

I can't recommend Clizia Motterle highly enough. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful process remarkably straightforward. Richard's help was invaluable in supporting me in a dispute with an insurance company in relation to an income protection claim that had been unfairly rejected. Following review of over 500 pages of correspondence between myself and the insurer, Richard was able to hone in on the key points that needed to be raised with the insurer, which ultimately helped achieve the fantastic outcome of getting the claim rejection overturned.

Richard’s handling of the case was very professional and it is clear that he has vast expertise and experience to draw upon in relation to income protection claim disputes. The free advice note that Richard shared with me when I first engaged with him was extremely helpful in providing me with an overview of the additional evidence that I would potentially need to submit to the insurer.

Be prepared to have to wait for several weeks for Richard's responses on occasion due to his busy case load, but in the end the wait is well worth it as you will receive excellent advice.

Engaging Richard provided the focus that I had been missing in my 'throw the kitchen sink at them' method of writing complaints to the insurer up to that point. He took the stress and anxiety out of dealing with the insurer's aggressive tactics and provided clarity about the correct procedure to follow in challenging their claim rejection.

I am delighted with the outcome, especially since we managed to get the claim rejection overturned before having to escalate the case to the Financial Ombudsman or to court, which was better than I ever envisaged when I first approached Richard.
