David is an excellent teacher

Absolutely brilliant experience, beautiful setting, definitely recommend

I can’t recommend this enough! It was our third visit and this time it was much needed relaxation from a very busy week! Dave, as always, so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone must try!

A great Sunday morning. A mobile sauna which was comfortable. The log heater was memorising. A most relaxing experience with a cold water paddle for me whilst the others actually did the full dip and swim. Great company and will definitely do it again

Amazing sauna and cold dip experience. The sauna by the beach is the perfect way to relax and take some time for yourself.

Cannot recommend Rx4lakes enough, particularly their beach sauna sessions at St Bees. Fantastic experience for mind, body and soul that gives you the reset you need in busy day to day life.

What an amazing day I had with David and others, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it was inspiring and lots of reflection about my own habits that I need/want to work on, highly recommend! Especially the cold water exercise.

I attended an RX4 Reset Workshop during a tough time, and it was exactly what I needed.

Really enjoyed this ,not just the techniques ,the habits I learned and the ice pod but it was also simply a right a good craic .highly recomend

Great course by a great guy . Taught 7 good habits

Although some of the fundamentals for self care were things I already knew, Dave's knowledge and understanding of why these things matter and make a difference to us, made the session really come alive and instill a new motivation in me to actively reintroduce and practice these things in my daily life. I've already changed my routine to break some bad habits and practice new ones. Learning to say no and not dwell on things but living in the moment, I am finding is freeing and uplifting.

From the very first minute you knew you weren't on your average death by powerpoint session. Dave stayed away from the usual corporate delivery trap many fall into and made it relateable so it connected with the group with a very down to earth approach, supported by Kris and Hayley who definitely provided an additional dimension and character.
The day is about you, and how small changes can help break habits and improve lifestyle. The simple, yet excellent techniques can be taken away and infused in your everyday life.
Don't be apprehensive to give it a try, it's welcoming and you'll feel like one of the family quickly with plenty of laughs along the way!

David - A Fabulous Facilitator and Cold Immersion Course Leader

David is a truly remarkable facilitator. His RX4 Lakes cold water immersion courses are nothing short of brilliant. I recently brought a team of female executives along, and the experience was transformative. The act of simply getting into the water, followed by the dopamine rush, was invigorating. The camaraderie and support from the team at RX4 Lakes made the experience even more memorable.

David’s approach is heart-centered, wise, and grounded, but he also knows how to have fun, making the entire experience enjoyable and enriching. He’s a wonderful person to be around, and his organisation deserves immense success. They bring the magic of West Cumbria and the Lake District to life in all its breathtaking beauty.
