I had one buyer pull out after 4 months, but the staff quickly got me another sale and were very supportive throughout. They kept me informed of progress and pushed the buyer and their solicitor for updates.

Catherine Salisbury became my move manager after I’d accepted an offer on my property. She is the only reason I’ve given 5 stars, they are all for her.
The agents at the start of the process I found a little unprofessional in the way they didn’t communicate with each other or with myself as much as I feel they should have, maybe this is because there were too many trying to do the same thing at different times.
Once Catherine came on the scene things became a lot more understandable. She went above and beyond her job description, managing to coordinate difficult, stressful issues between my conveyancing solicitors, the buyer and the leasehold management company of my property. I was contacted by her almost daily with updates on the challenging situation. She kept me calm by explaining everything that was happening but remained professional and neutral throughout.

My only issues is the solicitor they advise to use was terrible.

The transaction took a long time to complete, and the chain was quite complex with several challenges along the way.
