From start to finish it's been a very good experience. The assessment of the valuation of my property was thoughtfully conducted and thereafter the whole Ryder & Dutton team made it possible for me to view many varied properties, so I could decide what would work best for me to downsize to. The follow up work regarding the sale of my property was carried out in a very thorough way, all queries responded to as soon as ever possible. Great customer service!
Great customer service! My chain was very slow due to having to wait for tenants to vacate my property, but Fleur kept in touch with me even when we were just waiting. And when everything finally started happening she was an invaluable point of call to get the other sides actually moving (they were definitely not as proactive). She always came back to me with updates and helped navigate any problems. She always put me at ease. The welcome gift with tea/coffee/biscuits etc was a really nice touch.
