We really appreciated the friendly and professional service provided by Roberto and the fact he was not a pushy salesman, it made the experience much more comfortable for us as buyers. Following the purchase we had a slight issue with the car battery, however this was resolved promptly and efficiently. We truly appreciated the time Roberto took to help diagnose the problem and the clear commitment to delivering a genuine, customer-focused experience. It really reflects well on the business as a whole. We would happily purchase through SAAC Motors again.

From start to finish, SAAC Motors absolutely nailed it. The team is friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely lovely to deal with. The whole process had such a relaxed, warm vibe.

It all began with a WhatsApp message after I found the car on AutoTrader. Roberto followed up with a video call to show me the car in detail and make sure I liked what I saw. That personal touch set the tone straight away.

When I arrived, the car was waiting under a cover, looking brand new—even though it was second-hand. The presentation was next level! The price was fair, the warranty offer was great, and the customer service? Impeccable.

We were also greeted by Teddy, the real MVP—SAAC’s adorable dog and unofficial customer happiness manager.

I did have a small issue with the valet, and when I mentioned it to Roberto, he resolved it quickly and without hesitation. That kind of care and integrity is so rare these days.

I’ve searched for years to make sure I buy the correct car and had no stones unturned. Summer is hear and I’m enjoying my E300 convertible top down and can remember the good memories of my day of purchase.

I waited 5months to write this review and pray there are no issues a long the way but feel confident that the team will support me if necessary.

Truly, this was my best purchase of the year. I left not only with a fantastic car but with a huge smile on my face. Can’t recommend SAAC Motors enough—11/10!

I recently purchased a VW Touareg from SAAC motors in Hockliffe.
I discovered a serious oil leak shortly after taking possession. I reported this to SAAC, they informed they would contact their chosen warrant provider – Warrantywise. I could not find a garage locally who would undertake work on behalf of Warrantywise, Warrantywise found a garage 35 miles from me to inspect the car’s oil leak. After complaining about the distance Warrantywise found a garage close to me, they identified the oil leak problem (incorrectly) and sent a report off to Warrantywise. After a few days I had a reply from Warrantywise , they declined to cover the cost of repairing the oil leak as they put it down to “fair wear and tear” .
I contacted SAAC motors regarding the problem of Warrantywise not entertaining this claim, from this point SAAC motors did not reply to email or phone calls.
Do yourself a favour and go to a main dealer, you may pay a little more but you will get worthwhile warranty.

With reference to your reply to my review of your lack of service.
I would like to correct some of your comments.
As SAAC supplied the faulty car, I contacted you about the fault, you advised me to contact Warrantwise, not my choice.
I sent you an email on the 27th March regarding the refusal of Warrantywise to rectify the major oil leak, which they considered “fair wear and tear”. I requested your advice to rectify this problem, your company did not respond in any way, hence I had to seek a resolution.
You company only contacted me after this review was posted.
As for your version of “customer care” is to avoid addressing repairs and blame the customer for not repeatedly contacting SAAC is quite frankly bazaar .

Roberto sold us a lovely Range Rover Evoque P200 SE. Car was priced very competitively and was in great condition, so of course we bought it after viewing. Easy, friendly communication throughout - made for a swift transaction.

Recently purchased a BMW m135i from Saac motors and highly recommend them. They are not local to me so it wasn’t a case that I could go and view the car first how ever communication with them was 5* inspiring confidence in them. Upon arrival the vehicle was revealed to me and its condition was of a super excellent standard. Hand over was professional and driving away in my new to me car I was very happy and confident I would have many happy miles of driving ahead.

I have never had a good or even half decent experience with any trader over the last 20 years, but with Roberto it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the first call to purchasing the car was perfect. He is an awesome guy who is family orientated and caring. He made the car like brand new for me. No hassle selling with all the care in the world. I even had an issue with the car after purchasing and he paid for the repair at my local garage no question's asked. I have finally found a person who has amazing customer service and puts his customers before anything else. I will be purchasing all my cars from Roberto from now on and strongly recommend anyone reading this review to do the same and I guarantee you won't regret it.

Very pleased with service from start to finish. The guys were very accommodating in helping get a car ready for us earlier than usual as we wanted to use it for a few trips over Christmas. They then still took the car back for an inspection and valet to ensure it met a high standard.

Bought a Discovery from SAAC on Christmas Eve after previous car died, we really needed a car for Christmas Day so we could visit family and Nic ensured that the car was ready to go and provided a great service. As we were taking the car same day, some additional checks were needed along with a valet and Nic arranged for these in the new year and they collected and returned the car on the same day.
All in all great service, very happy with car and would recommend.

I had never used a concierge service before and was a bit intimidated by the whole process. However, Roberto was amazing, he explained everything in detail and what truly amazed me was the transparency and willingness to meet the clients needs no matter what they were. He is a true professional and a credit to the industry. We will be using his concierge service again! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
