Purchased the Philip bracelet for my husband in April & a month later the piece of metal are already scratched. He only wears it on occasions. I paid over $90 for it. When I showed picture of it to company on couple of times saying this is wear & tear not covered by warranty with no offer of compensation. Very disappointing experience not only with product but also service. Writing review for future customers

I’ve ordered from them twice alreadyy!! I did an engraving and also purchased a gold chain, both were good quality. Very very happy with the customer services!! They were happy to exchange items, offer refund, and include extra bits of chain to increase the length beauxse the standard size didn’t fit. They went very patient with me and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. 10/10 recommend!! Next gift idea I’m going to order from here again!

Have brought multiple pieces off Saar & co and have worn them for a few years now with no problems. I recently had one of the clasps break and they replaced it with no issues! Always so friendly to deal with

My Mum got me some pearls as a Christmas present and I never wanted to take them off, unfortunately due to external influence the necklace was damaged. I contacted SARR in regards to repair or replacement and they were super easy to deal with and replaced the necklace at no cost.

I bought this as a promise necklace for my boy & he never takes it off. It’s durable for work, showers & sweat. If u have a partner that sweats a lot SAARCO is perf as it doesn’t stain or irritate ! He loves loves loves so much ! I got it engraved with our initials which is subtle and just enough!

Products are beautiful, sent promptly and in nice packaging.

Bought quite a thin chain that broke, but the customer service team was fast, responsive and fair in their responses and solution. Providing another chain as replacement that was thicker.

They are trust worthy in this aspect, and the products don't seem to tarnish and are waterproof !

Bought a necklace with a pendant - needed it to be hypoallergenic which works great. However the problem is that the necklace twists in place looking unsightly quite often and I would have to untangle everytime, this is likely because either the chain is not heavy enough, or the pendant is not heave enough, or both. So I am quite disappointed as I wanted to use this everyday and paid a considerable amount.

My nephew loves his Josh chain! Very impressed with communication and prompt customer service with quick free replacement of broken chain.

I absolutely love the pieces I’ve ordered from SAAR CO! They arrived in gorgeous packaging and the quality was exactly what I was looking for in men’s wear. I’ve worn my gold chain for almost 4 months without taking it off and it’s still in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering again!

I've had my SAAR jewellery for almost a year now and it's still with me. Hasn't tarnished or left any green skin despite wearing it multiple times a week.
Great brand and product all around

SAAR despite having good customer service the actual products are garbage. Paying upwards of $80 for a single silver bracelt you would hope they are of high quality and durability. However My orginal bracelt broke within a day, SAAR were kind enough to send a replacement but that replacement broke after two days. The business has very good customer relations however the real issue is the durability and quality of their products.

I’ve been buying from them for years, the materials are very high quality, the service is excellent and I’m very satisfied and recommend it to everyone! They have the most beautiful jewelry ever♥️
