Lol i just called the bank these crooks have put my credit card as a recurring monthly subscription when I never done a subscription turns out these guys are actual scammers and will scam your money iam a buisnessman and I will be taking this to consumer affairs. Trust me dont bother.

The quality of the chain luxor is so off on color. They look like copper. They said money back guarantee. When I try to return it they told I will get store credit. Why I would want something from them to get another item with the same quality

Flair jewelry is the cheapest fake jewelry I have ever bought. Weight feels super cheap, necklace looks very fake, flips and they only offer a credit and you have to pay for the return postage. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.

They suck. Ive done an order of almost 400 dollars with express shipping which was due last week and im still waiting without receiving anything. Dont even bother with this shit site 😒 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Very misleading – serious concerns about product origin and fulfilment
I placed an order with The Flaire on 18 August 2026 for $318. Their website advertised same-day dispatch, and their jewellery is represented as “Forged in Sydney, Australia.”
After placing my order, I experienced significant delays and repeatedly contacted The Flaire seeking an update and ultimately cancellation. I received no meaningful resolution, so I lodged a dispute with PayPal.
What concerned me further was the tracking information subsequently provided. Aramex tracking shows the parcel was physically picked up in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China on 29 August and processed through a sorting centre in China on 3 September.
I have also located what appear to be the same jewellery designs/products on Alibaba, supplied from China, at dramatically lower wholesale prices.
I am not claiming that an Alibaba listing alone proves the products are from the same supplier. However, combined with the carrier tracking showing my order originating in China, I have serious questions about the accuracy of The Flaire's representations about where its jewellery is made.
I have provided this evidence to PayPal and am seeking a full refund. If this matter isn't resolved, I intend to take the evidence further to Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC for consideration.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend researching the company's claims about manufacturing origin and fulfilment before purchasing.

Scam site that dispatches directly from China. Quality is a joke. Very much like children’s toy jewellery. There is no customer service nor refunds. Don’t fall for the clever advertising.

This people are full of shit I ordered a necklace and delivery time was around 8 to 10 days but its been about 3weeks now i have not received the item also there tracking system is shit very disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing from The Flaire.

I paid $159.00 for a gold chain, but I never received it. According to the delivery notification, the package was left on the floor of my apartment building lobby at approximately 11:30 p.m. while I was asleep. By the time I saw the notification the following morning, the package had disappeared.

I made every effort to locate the package and contacted The Flaire for assistance. Despite the circumstances of the delivery, the company refused to provide a refund or send a replacement item.

From my perspective, this demonstrates a lack of customer care and a refusal to stand behind a customer’s purchase when a delivery is left unsecured. I expected a company selling premium jewellery to take reasonable steps to resolve the situation. Instead, I was left out of pocket by $159.00 with no product and no meaningful assistance.

I encourage prospective customers to carefully consider this experience before placing an order. My review reflects my personal experience with the company’s delivery handling and customer service.

Despite a clear order, they sent me the wrong item. When I complained about the mistake and wanted to get what I had ordered, they responded by telling me I have to pay for the return shipping to them despite it being solely their fault. Then they said they would send me the correct item and that I do not have to return the wrong item. After that they remained silent even after more messages asking for the order status. It seems like I was dealing with an AI generated customer service responses, asking for the same supporting proof and all promising to make things right. it has been about 2 months since I placed the order and I still don't have the correct item that I ordered. You would think they would have the moral obligation to give me the correct tiem I paid for but they seem to not care at all. Now they are totally unresponsive, content that they took my money and i have something that I don't want. Buyers beware.

Order placed 2 weeks ago and paid express delivery still not received. Support is lame and tries to be reassuring. Fake tracking number provided. Asked for refund- no response. Reported today to the ACCC and got the money back from bank through dispute. Avoid at all costs this scamming Chinese company! They pretend to be in Sydney

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago. I am still trying to find out when it will arrived. Website say shipping within a couple of days. When I contact them I get an automatic response. Not good enough

I purchased some pieces because they liked great quality for the price. When I got it, the necklace and 2 bracelets were wrapped in plastic wrap which made it so hard to take off and the the clasps on the necklace and bracelets did were hard to connect and disconnect.

I emailed them on the 16.04.26 and they have not responded to my email that I sent to them. I'm not one to post negative reviews or feedback, but the auto reply I got back was they will contact me within 5 business days... And that period has well and truly come and gone. I'm now left with products that are poor quality and do not fit. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand ever again

I received my order and was to small I paid for it to be shipped back and now iv paid for a chain and money to ship back to them . Iv emailed them about 10 times and just say we are here to help iv received No help whatsoever. The shipping and delivery service is terrible and customer service I would not recommend them to anyone .

Pathetic customer service. The jewelry is cheap, ugly and doesn't even sit right. Incorrect size sent and zero response. Really p***ed off. Absolute SCAM

I placed an order on January 31 2026. I still have not received my order. I have made several attempts to contact the store both via emailing there support and via Facebook. Received responses like "we're very sorry. I am checking your order personally". Have not had a single follow up from this store after promising on multiple occasions to get back to me.

Do not trust the advertised premium quality, easy returns, fast delivery or 30 day money back guarantee. That not what I received or experienced. The items they shipped to me are hallow, cheap and plainly unusable.
