Awful. I have been waiting over a month tracking hasn’t updated the company refuses to help and they won’t get back to me. I tried to file a complaint on their website and it won’t work I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Better Business Bureau don’t even have them listed as a legit company so I am unbelievably frustrated and disappointed. I will never order from them again I strongly caution anybody who’s gonna order from them beware cause you might not get your order.

Ordered my item nearly e weeks ago and still nothing has arrived! No contact number??what is that about??they say if you have an issue to email them we'll I have sent several emails and no one has bothered to reply! Looks like they have stole my money! Goid for them I hope they feel good about it! This is not over

Trash…. Simply put some little kid in china did their best to make this crap. I could see this being sold at a cheap market but it’s advertised as decent quality and that it is most definitely not. Nothing is welded together so you can literally see every cut that’s been pressed shut. Wouldn’t take a whole lot to pull it apart. It states that it’s waterproof yet the instructions that come with it state not to get it wet or sweaty. I wouldn’t pay for this stuff ever. Don’t waste your time or money. Postage is from china too and takes forever.

Ordered for Christmas presents, took ages, nearly ruined Christmas. Then the ring lost stones, got a replacement and now that's losing stones within a day of wearing it. Would NEVER recommend

After ordering a bracelet in November 2025, it arrived the wrong size with missing stones. Several emails to the companies customer services were futile. I was advised I would receive a replacement, but it never arrived. A recent email advised me that this would be sorted as a matter of urgency. Really Not happy with the service provided.

Ordered 8/12/2025 website says dispatch is 1 -2 days, express shipping 2 - 4 days. My order had a latest arrival date of 15/12/25. After numerous emails advising them to cancel my order and refund my money as they have not met there terms advertised on their website - all I kept getting was automated emails. They then dispatched it on 24/12. No Christmas present for my son on Christmas Day. I wonder how many others have been left with no gift and no money refunded this Christmas. Truely disgusting.

Items received are less than what the seem on the website. They are also not upholding what they say they will provide according to the website. Very scam-ish vibes.

One of the worse customer service I’ve dealt with, response time is weeks and then come back with automated “sorry” messages.

Unhappy with the item purchased still brand new but won’t allow refunds have to get store credit for another item I’ll be unhappy with.

Appalling quality, the marketing is really good however the product is absolutely rubbish, it’s like holding plastic. Do not fall for how good these items look.

For an Aussie product the shipping took just under a month. They apparently ran out of stock but do not respond or update you that items are out of stock but will continue to bombard you with offers.

Item was supposed to be dispatched within 2 days took 3 weeks, don’t respond to emails or social media for 3 weeks and then tell you the refund policy is only credits to their store which is absolutely useless since the product is absolutely rubbish.

Parcel missing no response or anything... They blame Australia post!!!

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered 3 pieces on the 29/11. Received a notification saying delivery will be no later than 6/12. It is now the 10/12 no delivery. Every communication with this company is automated. With no real actual answers. I don't believe the delivery is coming from Australia, more like China.
Please be aware if you expect quick delivery.
Note, 13/12 checked transit, on international flight.
Just confirmed this is a CHINA delivery.

Update, received on the 19/12. What a disappointment, very fake looking. Nothing like the photos.

What can i say please do not shop from these guys , they are a total scam , they take your money send you a order number and that is last thing you will get , they are arrogant on messaging back and they blame the fault on you , the owner Meher or what ever he claims to be is a scum bag low life rat ,STAY AWAY FROM FLAIR , they use fake post on there face book pages as well . THEY ARE BEING REPORTED TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AS WE SPEAK .

!! Doesn't look genuine you can tell by a mile how FAKE!! does not look anything like the pictures that is advertised. False advertising $300 down the drain. I brought these for people's Christmas gifts. How disappointing opening the product to see such rubbish! Not only that it arrived late I ordered and it mentioned express shipping it was 3 weeks late.

The product is not as advertised. It is cheap looking and not heavy. Took forever to get here and I can’t wear it as the necklace is too short and the bracelet is too short. Horrible company, shameful how companies can scam us and mostly nothing can be done. I bought the bracelet, necklace stone set. I hate it. Do business somewhere else. Chinese companies are the biggest liars.

Received my package with a such a beuatiful box care card and cleaning cloth.This was a gift for husband and he absolutely loves his new set.Great quality

I bought the Julian Pendant and The Celeste ring and couldn't be happier.Both super stylish and the ring shines like anything.Fast delivery to the UK as well

The company offered express shipping and promoted themselves as being Australian with fast shipping. They even offered an “on time guarantee”. I ordered with 5 business days to the event I wanted an item for. However my items took weeks to arrive. I was told one came from overseas. But only when I asked when my items were being delivered. I was not advised of any delay until I asked.
When I expressed disappointment they offered me a $30 voucher to shop again. Their guarantee means nothing.
The items were nice enough. One bracelet however certainly was not as depicted in the photograph, I feel they had enlarged the piece in the photos so the stones look much bigger.
I would not buy from them again. There are plenty of companies doing similar things with better customer service and products.
