The bracelet was broken, and they do not answer on mail.

Rubbish service....still waiting for my order from 16th of sept and now is p6th of oct....you dont even bother to reply? But taken my money right away....will not buy or encourage anyone to buy from a scam company such as you guys.

Did not receive Franco Chain Gold 20 inches.

Long delivery from China, poor quality, very small size, won't refund.

The bracelet I ordered and recieved was too small even though I specified a size.

Probably the best jewellery brand I have every purchased from.Bought 3 items as a gift for my husband and they're such great quality and arrived super fast!!

I ordered jewellery from The Flaire for my best friend’s wedding, where I was her maid of honour. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely horrible.
• The first order arrived with pieces that were not as advertised.
• After contacting the company, I was sent replacements — but one broke almost immediately, and the quality overall was still very poor.
• I was then sent yet another replacement, but again the items were not what I had expected or paid for.
• before they even sent me the replacement items , I was asked to change my review before receiving my new order, which I found unprofessional but did it in good faith as I was offered a credit and just wanted to get the gift for my friend.

Despite raising these issues in good faith, I was refused a refund. The quality of the jewellery did not meet acceptable standards, especially for such an important occasion.

I would not recommend purchasing from The Flaire if you are looking for reliable, good-quality pieces.

It is very comfortable to wear, wish that it was the same color of real gold.
